It’s great, but make sure to use it straight or you can get friction burns from it.

I don’t know what to say anymore. We returned the one that wasn’t charging, and now this new one would not charge neither. I think I’m just gonna ask for refund this time. I will never attempt to buy these machines.

Item arrived but does not charge. Battery remains at 0% even after leaving plugged in for hours. Defective out of the box. Will gladly update review if problem is fixed, but for now it is a $300 paperweight.

    Powerful Handy Cordless Percussion Massage

The Theragun Elite is packaged in a sturdy box that contains a zippered hard-shell fabric-covered case that has compartments for the gun itself, the charger and the 5 attachments. Included is a small instruction booklet with the basics. There is a QR code for a shortcut to download the Therabody app, which allows for storing custom settings. It took a few hours to bring the Elite to full charge. A small OLED screen lets you know how much charge there is in the battery and the current setting for the "percussions per minute." The charger is not a USB type charger but a larger type with a polarized male plug end. The attachments vary from a larger, softer round shape like a small fist to smaller, harder choices like a wedge-shaped one or a point. This machine is powerful so it would be wise to start with the larger, softer attachments first. Theragun has videos on their site showing how their products are used. The Elite is nowhere near as noisy as other corded percussion massagers I have. I wouldn't describe it as "quiet" but not as noisy as others. The battery lasted a long time--the equivalent of at least 4 full massages. This massager is very pinpoint as far as accuracy, and you can see the effect on your muscles and flesh with your own eyes. I found the "point" and "wedge" attachments a little too hard-core for me, the other three are more like little fists and pummel your sore and knotted muscles really well. It was really effective on deltoids, trapezoids and quads. It doesn't take long to smash the aches and knots out. The Android app for the phone is apparently only supporting devices with NFC (Near Field Communication) capabilities so that's a loss of a star for me. I was hoping to connect with Bluetooth.

Absolute piece of garbage. On my 2nd one now and they do not charge out of the box. Looks like a consistent problem according to tons of online reviews. How can such a big company get away with this?

Worked OK until one of the massaging tips broke

I bought this for a Christmas gift after researching a little bit And Thera gun seems to be Popular. It has been used a total of three times and when changing the massaging tips the Plastic sleeve that sits inside one of the tips came unglued. The rubber part of the tip came off put the plastic sleeve is stuck on the gun. Maybe it was just coincidence or bad luck but for $300 I expect a little bit more from the product. For the brief time it was used it worked well but quality is important to me. This one is going back and I will try different brand

Theragun Elite Handheld Percussive Massage Device is wonderful to use on sore muscles after a workout. We found it easy to set up and use. Highlights are as follows: - It is a great device with a very sturdy carrying/travel case. - Extremely quiet motor that is not annoying or off putting. - 5 interchangeable attachments that are easy to remove and reattach. - The new app has great features and it's simple to use the Bluetooth presets that walk you through the massaging routines. - The battery life seems great without needing to constantly recharge the unit. The only negative thing, we initially received a defective unit that had a dark display screen. It was very dim and difficult to see in any light. The customer support (Helen C.) at Theragun was incredibly responsive! She didn’t hesitate to provide a replacement, and ask for our feedback. The new device showed up in less than a week. Now the display is bright and easy to read! Overall, the Theragun Elite is a great product and provides soothing massage through various speed and types of vibration. The app is interactive and helpful in guiding the user to which body part to focus on and for the duration. The 5 interchangeable attachments offer varying degrees of pressure and allow you to concentrate on different parts of the body.

The Theragun Elite is my third massage device and my first percussive one. It has features that none of my other massagers had. The Theragun Elite is my first rechargeable making for portability and ease of use, and my first OLED screen on a massager, providing frequency and amount of impact along with battery life (120 minutes) information. The OLED screen is located for easy viewing and has great contrast for readability. It is super quiet compared to my older massage units due to great sound isolation through advanced sound insulation. It drives deep into muscle tissue disrupting pain cycles and leaves me with relaxed muscles. It is light enough for extended use while still having enough mass to keep your hand from getting vibration numbness. The Elite has variable speeds (5) and multiple attachments allowing for a great combination of impact focus and pressure. It came with a nice protective carrying case making it great for travel with a full-sized handheld massage unit. This Theragun works with Bluetooth connectivity for integration into your mobile app functionality. Plus, it looks cool. Take away – Quiet Ergonomic Great muscle relaxation and pain reduction Ease of use
