I had a number of gym colleagues mention how using a percussive massage gun was even better than foam rolling. I was skeptical until I did some research, talk to "experts" such as a massage therapist and purchased one. I have to say, using before my daily morning workout makes a massive difference. Also, using late afternoon or when sitting in my home office all day relieves any built up tension especially in my shoulders and lower back. I absolutely recommend getting the Theragun.

This massager is easy to handle, holds its charge for a long time and convenient! It was a father's day gift and something I really wanted:)

Life changer! Me and my wife have constant upper and lower back pain. Very easy to use and doesn't take long to feel the results.

I bike quite a bit (>100mi/wk), so my legs were almost always in a constant state of semi-cramped soreness. Since I started using this, it's removed all of that, and gets fairly close to having a therapeutic massage. Notes: * I wouldn't suggest this to someone just looking for a massage wand, but it really serves its purpose as a sports therapy solution. * The app and bluetooth features add little value to the product, so if you can find the old non-bluetooth version for cheaper, it's probably a better buy.

Helps a lot with back and neck pain. The extra attachments are really useful. After fully charged, battery lasts longer than expected.

Love this thing. Speaking from a man with lower back problems. Regular massagers help but, this really break up any muscle tightness. It likely improves blood flow, helping the recovery process after those visits to the gym. It is easy to use on yourself. I purchased the elite but, I feel that the model below likely would have been efficient for my needs. Although the elite does come with a quality case. Not sure of the lesser models.

This is the one! Skeptical at first but it has helped tremendously with speeding up post workout recovery times. Also found it beneficial in smoothing out the aches and pains of plantar fasciitis. It feels solid in your hand and well built. For accessories I recommend the duo adapter. My only gripe is the cost, but you get what you pay for. Warning: Make sure the unit is fully charged before you update the firmware.

Wow, this thing hits hard! In fact, I thought I would return it. Then, I started getting used to it. Now, its my go to for aches and pain. Feet, IT bands, back, you name it. Love the different angles it can be handheld in. Allows leverage to really hammer body parts. All I can say is, its not going back to the store.

Bought at a good deal from best buy. It honestly is really helping in recovery but the best part is the app. The app has 'pre-set' warm-up and recovery programs that you can run through. It connects with Bluetooth to the device to set duration and speed, the only thing you do is the force applied and it gives you feedback on the target force. Really helpful and probably sets it apart from others in that realm.

Thought I wasted a lot of money on this but this is worth investing! I recently got back to exercise and running. This really helps me warm up my major muscle groups before a good run and it really helps with the overall recovery. The phone app is not perfect but it is pretty good in terms of helping you massage the specific areas with specific optimal pressure. Muscles are still sore but it helps me to go back and do it all over again.

I am a tennis player who play tennis 5 out of 7 days. Few months back I had elbow pain and stop playing. Tried different things, finally friend suggest me the theragun pro. I tried elite and pro. Happy with elite. Now playing alternate days and feeling better. Its definitely a 5 star product. But giving 4 stars because the dampner attachment was damaged in the pack. Going to exchange and get a new one. Another reason for 4 star is Supersport attachment is missing in elite which was very good for soft massage.

This thing is awesome. It's designed in such a way that you can use it on yourself without having to feel too awkward and uncomfortable, but it is best when someone else is using it on you. It is durably built, comes with various massage tips, and feels amazing when working those tired, achy, sore, knotted muscles. It was an anniversary gift for us, so we splurged a little, but I do feel it is somewhat over-priced.

Super happy with my Theragun. I had used a friend's in the past and liked it, but struggled to justify the money. I purchased a similar product from another brand that I trusted, and was never really happy with it. I finally stepped up and bought the real thing and couldn't be happier. Trying to save money with a different brand cost me more in the end. Learn from me and just buy the real thing! You won't regret it.

Family members had previous versions of this, and the Theragun has always been a great product, however, the past models were always crazy loud. This unit claims to be as loud as a toothbrush, while I don't think it is that quiet, it is much improved over previous generations. I can actually hear the TV while using this. It seems to help after an intense workout. I like the idea of the routines on your phone, but I don't personally use that feature much.

Absolutely fantastic tool I use it all the time it really gets into all the deep muscles and helps relax them awesome product!!!
