The Theragun-Mini is a compact massager that delivers on impact while not being bulky or heavy. In the box is the massage device, charger, ball massage attachment, and case. Out of the box the massager was approximately half way charged, to charge it fully takes around an hour. Once fully charged (indicator changes to solid green light) I can use it for 2 weeks as a quick 8 minute post workout routine that drastically reduces muscle soreness. I find this device to be highly versatile, for me its a post workout massage to alleviate muscle soreness the next day. My husband, who has had multiple disc surgeries, uses it to alleviate his frequent backaches. In addition its great on neck / shoulder tension as well as foot pain. The device is compact, yet easy to hold and maneuver by both myself and my husband. There are three different speeds (1750, 2100, and 2400 PPM) selected by tapping the power button. I was impressed that, on the lowest setting, the massager is about the same noise level as a cell phone vibrating. Once pressure is applied the noise level slightly increases however I can use it while watching TV and not need to turn up the volume. As you increase the PPM rate the noise slightly increases, but still quieter than other percussive massagers commonly used by trainers. If you're new to working out or needing a massager to help with pain, I recommend downloading the Theragun app, it comes with different guided workouts to target common sore points or to help relax prior to bedtime. I'm a huge fan of this massager and highly recommend for all levels, from dealing with daily muscle pains to relieving post workout soreness, the Mini does it all!

I've used this percussion massager for a couple of months now and it is fantastic on sore legs. After a long day's work, being able to use this on my quads, calves and the arches of my feet makes me feel like new again. It really digs into my quads and calves removing any soreness. I would recommend trying the thumb attachment for foot arches.
