Wow this little guy packs a punch! I have been using this gun for about 4 days now, every night. It is so strong that it vibrates the other side of my body. With this much power I was expecting it to be loud but I was surprised that the noise isn’t overbearing. Hope this helps

Do not buy for occasional use. The battery dies when stored. I used it a handful of times for an injury then didn't use it for over a year. The battery was dead so tried to recharge it. Solid green light but wouldn't take a charge. Bought and tried a new charger with the same result. Customer service confirms battery dies if not used but wont replace, I see nothing in instructions saying cant be stored. Great little device when it works but $200 for maybe 5 uses is crazy!

I received this product as a Christmas gift in December 2022 and it stopped working by May 2023. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they cannot do anything because I don't have the warranty and proof of purchase, BECAUSE I RECEIEVED IT AS A GIFT. Now it is just an ugly paperweight.

It was a birthday gift from my son who bought it from best buy. Its a really wonderful device with a huge flaw. The off on switch is the one you press, which is not convenient for someone with arthritis. After using few times, the switch doesn't work any more. It automatically starts and stops, even when nobody is using it. In middle of the night, suddenly it starts vibrating. There is no place near by that you can take it to, you have to mail this heavy device back for them to have a look at it. That's just frustrating!
