This Theragun mini is AWESOME! It is now my go-to for recovery after a tough workout or run. It's compact and has a carrying case , so you can take it with you when you travel or stick it in your gym bag. The variable speeds allow you to customize the pressure. I've only used the lowest setting and that has been enough to massage my sore muscles. I highly recommend!

I was skeptical about percussion therapy, but once COVID-19 hit, I was pretty much at a loss for ongoing shoulder pains without my regular visits to the massage therapist. Insert Theragun Mini - I bought it as a shared gift for my wife and me, and the power that this little thing has is great for everyday aches and pains. Small enough to be portable, and has enough battery life to last more than a few cycles.

Love my Theragun mini! It is perfect, lightweight, and the right amount of pressure. I did try the Theragun Elite and it was not right for me, it was too big, even though the ergonomic handle was great, it was still just too much machine for me, too much pressure for me. I do wish it came with the other dampers but I guess I can purchase those separately.

Gets deep into the areas you cannot normally do by yourself. Gets the blood flowing and is so satisfying!!! So far the best self help gadget ever bought!!

I was in need of a massager to work out some hard knots on my back. This was as if it was sent from the heavens. After a solid work out or if you cramp, this little guy is like a spa day for your muscles. The battery life is genuinely impressive and the amount of power this little thing produces is just as impressive. If its within your budget, I strongly recommend this product.

I’ve long considered getting a massage gun of some sort, but have always been hesitant to spend the cash. I’m not a pro athlete, though I do workout roughly 4-5 weeks, typically a mix of spin, running, and weight training. The main reason I was intrigued by the gun is for my hamstrings and legs - specifically my left IT band will get tight. This far, I’m digging the Theragun mini. It’s easy enough just to hit the legs quickly if they’re feeling tight or sore. Hope I like it long term remains to be seen, but for now, for me as a a amateur athlete, the cost is what keeps me from giving it 5 stars.

Fantastic little massager. It has spent a lot of time helping work out my knots, whether on the couch or on a trip. Hits as hard as it's big bro, with the only downsides being the shorter battery life and no swappable batteries. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a less expensive/more portable percussive massager.

Great product. It is really powerful, we’ve only used it on the lowest setting so far. It really gets into all the right muscles and loosens them up.
