The power that power that this thing offers is more than enough to beat out any knots you might currently have. You'll definitely feel like a new person once you're done with this beautiful little machine. Best enjoyed when you have someone else pass it over you while you relax, but it definitely still works if self applied. Be careful to NOT over do it though!

This thing is amazing! I use my friends regular-sized Theragun and decided to get one of my own. I opted to go with the mini so it would be easier to travel and pack. I must say it does not disappoint. It's not too loud and it's just as effective for me as the normal one. My only wish is that I would love to have another massage cap included. This was the best early holiday gift I could give myself; I use it daily!

When in a pinch, before warm ups, or even after a full workout the Theragun Mini does a fantastic job with helping the blood flow and easing the pain in my legs. Works well for all your aches and pains. Even my dog loves it. Whenever he hears it, he stops whatever he's doing to come over and wont leave us alone until we massage him too. Haven't tried it on the cat yet though.. if my rating drops down to 3 stars in the future, it's because the cat attempt went poorly and I ended up in the emergency room for stitches.. just fair warning.

My husband and I researched many types of massage guns. This purchase was going to be an “intro” to what we figured massage guns could do without spending too much money. Ends up this purchase meets all our needs and it is wonderful to have in our household. Worth the cost by comparison to other massage guns. Very glad we bought this!
