I've suffered from neck and back pain for over 10 years. I recently found out that I have a health condition that has affected my spine. It's not uncommon for me to experience severe muscle spasms along with the spinal pain. But this theragun can help with any muscle pain you're feeling. It easily remove knots and the different attachments are great. It's expensive, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Highly recommend!

Whoa. This thing packs a punch

Definitely would recommend over any other massagers. If you have the money to go for the elite do it and if you have the money for the pro just get that. We own all three and I use all of them as they have different pressure levels. With the pro being the strongest and not for beginners as it can hurt someone who doesn’t enjoy deep deep tissue massages. Overall this elite is a good start for the impact massage world.
