After that, I think it's amazing how it relieves sore areas. Helps you identify hidden sore areas! Being able to massage yourself is a major plus because you know where you want it to feel. It's also great for couples massages. Enjoy!

The recipient was pleased and expressed several uses for the product. There are larger and more expensive variants from this company but I thought the $/outcome was best with this unit (value). Pricing seems to be same everywhere and that was a little disappointing as it is a pricey item.
