Works well, compact and efficient! Recommended for all.

if you're using this on someone else, it does a decent job. if you're going to use this on yourself then maybe look into a different, more versatile product. this'll work wonders if you're messaging your legs and arms, but once you try to message your own shoulders is where this gets tricky and not so easy to use. you won't be able to do your back on your own either.

The device stopped working after the original charge. I struggled for a month with their customer service, over email and phone calls to resolve the issue. It shouldn’t ever take that long, It left me without it for the same amount of time, and still without it. That’s 24 emails in the end, with the typical response time being 3-5 days between. I know the math sounds strange but as soon as I’d think I was getting some coherent exchanges it would be days and then I’d have to initiate again. I gave them the benefit of the holidays and how busy they could be as flexibility. But it really was just incompetence. Total of 8 phone calls. Now I am finally able to make some progress and send my broken device back. I asked for some compensation for my time, effort, and sheer exhaustion for a bad experience and was only offered 25 percent off a future purchase. I mentioned that that wasn’t acceptable and haven’t had a response back yet. That was three days ago. The market seems flooded with similar devices, seek others is my advice to folks.

Product worked as intended, if only it had more attachments
