This is absolutely amazing, was going to purchase a cheaper version but I’m glad I got this one.

Booth this for my Mother-in-law and she loves it. Simple to use but very effective for her sore legs and back. She isn’t as old as Jesus but she’s close.

I want to be clear that I don’t blame Best Buy, and I’m not convinced this is an overall Theragun design issue — but the specific unit I received appears to be defective. When I first started using it, the device worked as expected with strong, controlled percussion. Over time, the performance progressively degraded. It has now reached a point where, instead of smooth percussion, it bounces violently on my skin and muscles — closer to being punched hard than receiving therapeutic massage. This behavior is not consistent with how a premium percussion massager should function or how this product is marketed. Unfortunately, I noticed the full extent of the issue after Best Buy’s return window, so I now have to go through Theragun’s warranty process. Given the high price point, this is disappointing for a product I was genuinely excited about. I’m sharing this so other buyers know to thoroughly test the unit early and watch for performance degradation. If the warranty experience resolves the issue, I’m open to updating this review.

Absolutely love this device! So helpful for tight muscles, especially shoulders. It may not be the lease expensive out there, but in my experience, it's worth it!

Wish it came with a carrying case or at least a bag.

Has been amazing for after work recovery! Easy to hold onto to get in those harder to reach areas because of the handle!!

My son-in-law who is in his late 40s was very pleased to receive this gift of a Therabody-Theragun Prime. He plans to use it, as well as his HS athlete son!

The product is a great product although a bit pricy. Glad that it is FSA eligible. Would recommend over the Hyperice version
