I always get sore in my legs after a long hike or playing basketball. Ever since I've been using this before working out, I feel great before and after.

If you exercise on a regular basis this is a must have tool. Really helps to relax muscles and relief pain. Also good for circulating blood in specific areas.

Do research and know what these are used for. I do recommend the other attachments you can buy for these like the padded paddle. Much softer for really sore spots

The best massage gun I have ever owned. Powerful and very close to the one my physiotherapist uses on my tight shoulder and back. One problem - it stopped working after a year and three months. Just stopped, I have yet to find any repair options other than replacement. This is a very expensive home item that I could have bought the extended warranty on but didn't. Life of the product is not long enough.

Can’t believe I’m saying this but I love the app integration, especially the post workout routines that it suggests to me based on my Strava activities. I don’t have to know anything except follow the prompts. It feels great after a workout and seems to speed my recovery. I’m not “training” for anything, I just go on long rides and am a nascent runner.

Made a huge difference to my recovery after running. No way to compare this with any of the other massage guns on the market, but it definitely gets the job done.

We love our Theragun. We mainly use ours after skiing and is the best way to reduce soreness after a day on the mountain. Also nice for any morning when you wake up with general aches & pains.
