I love my Theragun prime and the ergonomic handle. It works wonders for my neck and back after sitting through Zoom classes all day long. In addition to using it to help mend my neck from Zoom fatigue, I love using it after working out. The Therabody app is really helpful but I wish they had more videos and tutorials. great massage gun. i use it almost every day after my workouts

I use it before and after a workout, really helps with the soreness and tightness of the muscles. only issue that it is louder than I expected it to be.

Nothing usually helps my back but I’m glad that I found this. I get extremely painful muscle spasms by my neck area and this does the trick

Works great.. good investment for long term treatment.. But the gun is so strong sometimes you can't use it on very sore spots..
