    Work on a farm, and this definitely helps with my aches and pains that accumulate over time. This helps, but don't rely on it. Don't forget to stretch and exercise!

    Good for deep tissue massage. I also have the theragun mini and they both help relieve soem discomfort and pain.

    Thera gun are the best in the industry, most torque and never break, you pay up but worth it.

    Quiet and effective is used correctly. Follow the app and you’ll have no problem. I had the previous model but this one feels and sounds just a bit better. Great buy overall.

    Good massager. Slowest speed is almost too much. Recently had knee replacement and this worked fine to loosen the muscles around the area
