Can’t believe I’m saying this but I love the app integration, especially the post workout routines that it suggests to me based on my Strava activities. I don’t have to know anything except follow the prompts. It feels great after a workout and seems to speed my recovery. I’m not “training” for anything, I just go on long rides and am a nascent runner.
