This is a strong little machine. It felt like it was bronzing me at first. But it dies really relax the muscles.

I love my Theragun prime and the ergonomic handle. It works wonders for my neck and back after sitting through Zoom classes all day long. In addition to using it to help mend my neck from Zoom fatigue, I love using it after working out. The Therabody app is really helpful but I wish they had more videos and tutorials. Nothing usually helps my back but I’m glad that I found this. I get extremely painful muscle spasms by my neck area and this does the trick

I use it before and after a workout, really helps with the soreness and tightness of the muscles. only issue that it is louder than I expected it to be.
