Quite powerful, don't bear down

I learned Do Not Bear Down or you will bruise a muscle and cause very uncomfortable muscle spasms/weakness for a few days. Legit went to the clinic to make sure I didn't detach something in my upper arm/shoulder. I'm certain it was user error. I'd suggest reading all package inserts. The medical assistant told me his wife had one and it was recommended she hold the pad to the muscle from a side angle vs straight on the muscle.

Just a great product

Yes, they're pricey but they're well worth it because it's an investment. It's a lifestyle. I've tried most lines in theragun percussive massage lineup. You can't go wrong with any of them. Even entry-level ones.

Would 100% recommend purchasing this massage gun as long as you catch it on sale. I got a great deal on it around Christmas and it hasnt disappointed. The lowest setting could be too strong for quite a few people. Its quite powerful. Rake care if you are sensitive.
