Quite powerful. Haven't used it alot yet. I learned Do Not Bear Down or you will bruise a muscle and cause very uncomfortable muscle spasms/weakness for a few days. Legit went to the clinic to make sure I didn't detach something in my upper arm/shoulder. I'm certain it was user error. I'd suggest reading all package inserts. The medical assistant told me his wife had one and it was recommended she hold the pad to the muscle from a side angle vs straight on the muscle.

The product works but very strong and uncomfortable for my spouse in addition in reading a lot of reviews regarding the not charging after the warranty expires it’s not worth the price

I am an orthopedic physician Assistant. My wife has chronic lateral epichhonylitis. Since purchasing the theragun we have been doing therapy to her elbow. It has helped a lot She is also a RN and is a front line worker in the battle against COVID. In spite of being fully vaccinated and boosted she tested positive for COVID 2 days ago. We are now using the Theragun to apply CPT ( chest physiotherapy) while she is recovering Thank you Best Buy and Theragun

What a lifesaver! I exercise daily, and now that I'm in my late 50's, I always had a lot of muscle soreness/stiffness by the end of the day and upon waking. I use this before I exercise now and before bedtime for a more gentle massage, and my whole body is feeling more limber all day. I wake up with much less stiffness too, and my workouts feel less taxing on my body! I only wish I had known about this sooner. I just ordered the duo adapter so I can get my whole body treatment done in a shorter time.

I use to buy the cheaper versions online. They look the same right? That’s where it ends. I can’t believe how much power it has! And the battery lasts a long time. In fact i have to use it lightly because it packs a punch. It is a little louder then expected.

Absolutely amazing! Would 100% recommend purchasing this massage gun as long as you catch it on sale. I got a great deal on it around Christmas and it hasnt disappointed. The lowest setting could be too strong for quite a few people. Its quite powerful. Rake care if you are sensitive.
