My wife likes that the attachments are foam instead of the hard plastic like cheaper guns but the real star of the show is the app. The app gives videos and timers for pretty much every area of the body or type of exercise you’re doing.

Injury prevention and post work out miracle worker

Great for loosening up the muscle prior to workouts. I am able to lift heavier and without as much soreness after. It’s worth every penny.

Theragun Prime Percussuve Massage Device

Using the Theragun helps to alleviate my stiffness, soreness and pain , especially in my hips. My son had already purchased a Theragun. I used his only once. I was so impressed with the results that I knew I had to purchase one of my own, I am so glad I did.
