My wife likes that the attachments are foam instead of the hard plastic like cheaper guns but the real star of the show is the app. The app gives videos and timers for pretty much every area of the body or type of exercise you’re doing.

Only one thing, in my opinion, company can improve is the material used over the handle which some kind of rubber which gets sticky over some use and dust sticks to it.

Theragun Prime Percussuve Massage Device

Using the Theragun helps to alleviate my stiffness, soreness and pain , especially in my hips. My son had already purchased a Theragun. I used his only once. I was so impressed with the results that I knew I had to purchase one of my own, I am so glad I did.
