Injury prevention and post work out miracle worker

Great for loosening up the muscle prior to workouts. I am able to lift heavier and without as much soreness after. It’s worth every penny.

Arthritis eliminater

So every time I feel the arthritis pain kicking in I just use this and I’d say 80% of the pain is gone

It doesn’t really message your back, so much as it kind of pulsates your muscle. It is weird at first, because your pain does go away for quite a while but it’s not the same feeling as if someone messaged a knot away. It’s more like the muscle was shocked out of knotting up if that makes sense. Found it very nice on my leg pain and knee pain though.
