great for muscle therapy

The triangle shape allows you to hold it in multiple positions to really dig into your back and awkward areas.

There are cheaper knock-offs out there, but spend the money to get the original. It's really worth the money. I wish it had lower settings as my wife finds even the lowest setting quite strong.
