It needs to have more settings to tone it down. Plus the price is out of line. Just because it’s more expensive does not make it a finer product. Could not wait to return the one we had. Will not purchase a Thera-gun again unless they made improvements.

Helps relieve aches and muscle pain

Great device, lacks bluetooth consistency with app

However, I use the app with it and connect it via bluetooth and do one of the programs and it disconnects 30 seconds going into the plan. The app and the device cannot maintain a good connection. I have the latest iPhone and the app is up to date. Thinking about returning and exchanging for new.

Train hard and recover
