Super strong once i figured out how to use it well it’s pretty cool

Worth the money. Does a really good job with recovery.

Felt it was damaging me... The app worked well, but the blunt force even at slower speeds felt like the type of thing we'll be told by our doctors to stop doing 5 years from now. I can't image it's good for circulatory system or fragile vein valves to take that abuse. I returned it.

I love getting a massage. And not the relaxing massage. I love the deep tissue massage that make me cringe because it hurts. I have another massager that is 1/4 the price of this tool. That one is good. But for 4 times the price of my other massager, this device packs a power that I never knew is possible for a device this size. There are 5 different speed but so far, I only set it to 1, the lowest. And I don't think I can go higher than that, because at 1, I feel that the device already hit the spot with such a force that it took all my power not to scream. Yeah, it's that powerful. It also comes with 4 different attachments to target different part of your body/muscle. It has an ergonomically designed handle that makes it easier to hold which I find out is really important since you are holding something that vibrates really fast and really strong so you need to have a good handle on it. It also comes with an app that you can connect to your iPhone. If you have your health history in your iPhone, the app can be link to that information. But if not, the app will guide on how to use the device to target different muscles in your body. I have not explored the app as extensively as I would like, but for a quick reference, the app is a good starting point. I was able to use the device without anyone's assistance in my shoulder, my thigh and my leg area. You will need someone to help you if you want to use it in your back. Another amazing thing about this product is the battery which lasts for 2 hours. I would never use this product continuously for that long. So, if you have the money to spend, I would highly recommend this product. But keep in mind, this is not for someone who can't take pain. When you hit the spot, it hurts. But that's why this is good because this device definitely is able to reach that deep muscle. I used it the first time on my shoulder because my shoulder is very tight, possible from sitting up in the computer, typing all day. After I finished using it, I noticed that the clicking sound that I had on my shoulder blade when I rotated my arm was gone. I didn't realize that the tightness in my upper shoulder somehow created this tightness around my shoulder blade as well. This is a device that I will definitely use all the time.

I was surprised how hard and powerful this was. It bordered on uncomfortable. You might want to consider one of the less powerful models.

NOTE Best Buy is still selling the 4th Generation model.. Wish I'd realized that before buying this. 5th Generation reportedly has a longer battery life plus USB-C charging as opposed to the proprietary charging port.

It wasn't what i thought. It didn't meet my standards. It was like all the rest of the massage guns out there.

My son and I love using theragun daily! It feels great after using! Only issue i have is that this product is a bit heavy to me.

Just way too heavy and powerful, even on the lowest setting, way to hard of a massage of anykind for me.

Great ,powerful, gets deep into sore achy muscles.

Had lots of power behind the gun when conpared to other conpanys. Others almost felt like a vibration rather than a deep massage, if you want the real deal you need invest in a company that has the science and experience behind them to have such power and percition behind their massage guns.

When it worked it was great and really relieved stiffness and helped me stretch more. About a week in it would automatically skip to speed 4 and would not go back down unless turned off.

Loved that the heads were pretty soft, but is very fragile, if you need deep massage, this is not the one

It’s….. a little aggressive. Is way more aggressive than I was expecting, even on the lowest setting. Not worth the higher price to me.
