Even on the lowest setting, it’s way too forceful to be good for casual use. I could only recommend it for massage professionals or very serious athletes to get you money’s worth.

works well mostly in loosening knots. don't like it when it bounces or dribbles. gets erratic. they should engineer that out.

Too strong and it hurt me and my family even you are setting it on low speed, I didn't like it, but everyone is different.

Not as nice as a lot of the reviews are saying. The viberation/massage, you’ll feel it while it’s on but there is no after effect. A bit disappointed.

This us a really good percussive massager. The ergonomic handle is one of the best features of this product. It allows you to reach areas such as the back of your neck more easily. The only thing I didn't like was it only has three speeds and for sensitive areas it can be a bit much even on the lowest level.

Too rough for us. Slowest speed not that slow. Painful. Made my skin itch after even using it over clothes and putting a towel in between. Was hoping for different variations in pressure not just the pounding in different speeds. Too expensive for what it is.

My wife uses it for her back problems and based on her enthusiastic reaction, I’d say she loves it. It charges quickly between uses and is ergonomically designed to be comfortably held.

I like it but had to return it. Would not hold a charge after following manufacturers recommendations for charging. Battery is supposed to last quite awhile but would only last around 12 minutes.

This massager is amazing! I have chronic back and neck pain from a car accident.l and desk work. This does an amazing job and working out my knots.

The gun runs well and feels great. But for hours it would not turn on even after full charge. Now that it turned on again, the gun randomly turns on. Not fun in the dead of night. The only way to keep the gun from randomly turning on is to keep in on the charger. Maybe mine is defective? I may take it back.

It definitely works. Bought this product for someone who enjoys massages. They were impressed! Only thing I wish it had was longer battery life.

As an active person in the gym, this has helped reduce sorness and loosen muscles before workouts.

This thing is amazing! Love it! It would have been 5-stars, but after 1-month the I notice issues with the battery. I never overcharged it or dropped it. It took longer than usually to charge and eventually stopped working. Best Buy is amazing and was going to replace it without using my geek squad protection because I only had it for 1-month. However, they didn’t have any in-stock, so they returned me my money (from the theragun+geek squad protection) in a gift card, so that I can buy it when they restock
