This is a pretty good massage gun for the price for people that work oht feels amazing to use after workout

I am very pleased with the Theragun Prime Percussive Massage Gun! It is awesome! I've not previously owned a massage gun and was anxious to try one. I have some problems with sore/tight upper back/neck/shoulders, as well as hamstring areas, and after only using the Theragun for two days, I can already feel the improvement! The Theragun Prime comes with 4 different attachments to provide you with different options on how hard or soft or broad vs. pinpoint you want your treatments to be, which gives some nice options to mix things up based on the muscle groups you are working on. It also has five different speeds to help in adjusting it by muscle group or type of massage you want. There are LED lights to show which speed you are on. The design of the Theragun is great. With the triangle shape there are three different sides you can hold which allows me to reach any areas of my body that I want to use it on by myself. I find the upper back works best if someone will do it for me, but I can certainly reach it on my own if I am alone. The Prime model comes with a chargeable battery that lasts 2 hours on a full charge, with LED lights to show you how much battery you have left. The charging cord comes with it. It also comes with a nice soft travel pouch that would allow you to throw it in a bag without getting scratched. The box it comes in will be nice to store it in at home though, as it is pretty heavy duty and has individual spots designed to hold each accessory. I have looked at massage guns in the past and some of them are pretty loud. One of the features listed on the Theragun Prime is that it is powered by QuietForce Technology. I found it to be relatively quiet, compared to other percussive massagers I have looked at. The Theragun App is very cool also and is really going to help me get the most out of the massager. You just download the free Theragun App on your phone and it communicates with your Theragun via Bluetooth. It allows you to do any firmware updates through the App. Once you are in the App, you can set up custom routines based upon your own lifestyle, activities you like to do, certain body areas you want to work on or certain ailments you want to treat. After it walks you through a few lifestyle questions, it creates a custom routine for you, but you can add or delete various treatment areas whenever you want. The App gives you pictures and directions on how to use the Theragun on each muscle group to get the most out of the treatment, tells you which attachment to use, tells you whether you are applying enough pressure or too much, sets the appropriate speeds, but allow you to adjust them, and even times each treatment for you. I was just planning to use the Theragun on its own to massage sore/tight muscles, which you can certainly do, but I was really impressed by the App and how it works with the device. It is really going to help me maximize the massaging routines to get the most out of it. Overall, the Theragun Prime is a great percussive massager with a terrific design and a great App to go with it!

I wish it had an even slower speed. It so powerful that it hurts. If your pressure isn’t precise the massager bounces on your body and hurts even further.

The device only have a few speed setting but in the app you have option to handle.

It had a clicking noise and would just stop working. My daughter took it back and returned it and we are waiting for the replacement. It was a Christmas gift.
