Pretty strong for the size, which is mostly a good thing. I wouldn't mind a slightly lower setting but if you find the right angle you can minimize the impact a little. Happy with the purchase.

This new Theragun with a hand held shape is much for comfortable to use.

This massager is intense! It really does the job and reminds me of somebody doing very hard "karate hands" on you quickly :D However, the pairing with the app is a bit quirky, in particular if you're trying to share the device with somebody else. My wife and I both have the app and we both have the gun paired to our phones, but if we're anywhere near each other the app gets confused, the gun won't start, etc and we have to have one of us shut bluetooth off on our phone. Additionally, there must be some nuance to when you can use the gun in "disconnected" mode (just pick it up and power it on without any app interaction) as sometimes this works but other times it doesn't. The app itself is well-made and provides decent guidance on exercises. Some are easier to do oneself than others which are better done by a companion (reaching your lower back w/ the device, for instance). All-in-all it does the trick to remove knots in my shoulder/neck area quite nicely, which is one of the primary reasons I got it!

This worked great on my sore back and feet. It is not very large and the handle made it easy to hold at different angles. On the highest setting it was not as loud as I expected however I primarily used it on the lowest setting which was not loud at all. On the highest setting it was pretty strong. I was able to use it while still having a conversation. I enjoyed the app and its recommend use since this is the first massager I've owned and was not sure the best way to use it. Definitely worth getting if it's your first time using one of these types of massagers.

Works well on sore muscles, however I have grown accustomed to the pressure and could use something with a bit more punch. For most users, this would be more than enough and depends how deep you want to apply the percussion massage. Battery life is nowhere near the advertised 2+ hours. Also I had purchased 2 of these and 1 had a very pronounced rattle and the other had a gap in the seams. Quality control seems to be lacking.

Pain lessened , I can now sleep every night without pain.

This Theragun will save you from aches and pains at the end of a work day. I recommend this to everyone. It's both durable and reliable.

Therabody does not provide a block to connect to the C connection cord to plug into a power supply. Instead, customer service said I should run it off my phone or computer, which is terribly inconvenient particularly when traveling. This is an expensive product (many competitors are cheaper) and Therabody seems like it is now run by accountants cutting costs instead of providing a premium product and experience for its customers. It does not inspire confidence in the quality of the product.
