I purchased the Theragun Prime and it worked great before getting down to 70% battery life, it would shut off as if it had 0 % battery life. This was from the moment I started using it; it took me two or three days of use for the battery to get to 70% and then boom! dead. To the company's credit they offered to replace it with a new one but I was skeptical on the replacement quality and decided to return it for a full refund instead. I will look for other options.

My wife and I like to give each other massaged by hand and I was too tired to do it so I suggested "lets go buy one of those massage guns". I am definitely returning this and here's why. First off - you HAVE to use the app. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but the device has controls on it that do nothing. You have to use the app to control the speed or do anything. I can't even believe that. Second - the minimum setting is bonkers. I figured the lightest setting would be a slow massage that felt nice and it would ramp up to a rather fast setting. Not at all. Even the minimum rattles your entire skeleton. If you use it on your back and even glance your spine it honestly hurts. I expected like soothing and relaxing, but this thing is downright uncomfortable. The maximum setting is borderline unusable in my opinion. I really don't know what I expected but it wasn't this. If you want to beat your muscles into submission and feel genuinely rattled after you use this thing, be my guest. I just can't understand using this thing and feeling better after.

I bought the Theragun Elite two years ago for a hefty price as they all are I misplaced my charger and they do not sell replacements. The ones on Amazon are unreliable. This is a crazy business model. Wasted money

I bought the TheraGun Elite - All-New 4th Generation. It is quieter than previous models, but make sure to do your research! After only a handful of times using it the battery failed. I now have a $400 paper weight. After contacting customer support, it took TheraGun over a week to respond and tell me that they can't replace the unit. I'd strongly recommend getting a device from a different company. For a premium product, they offer subpar support and a subpar experience.

Had this fire two years before the battery failed. Outside of warranty, and with no repair program from Theragun, I had to throw it out. Now I own an Ekrin B37, which is just as good, is $100 less expensive and, oh yeah, has a lifetime warranty on the whole thing, including the battery. Bye bye Theragun.

This product is very powerful even on the 1st setting. Might be good if you are a large muscular person.

Device is alright, but attachment broke in less than two months and theragun support refuses to help. The first time they just ghosted the chat and the second time they said it was outside of their 1 month warranty.

Product was dead on arrival. Had to return to the store.
