I honestly didn’t get the hype with the Theragun until I bought one. It’s wonderful at working out knots after a workout or relieving tense muscles after a stressful day at work. Or really any other reason you have soar, tense body aches. Great tool to have around the house for self care.

Really easy to use on my back because of the handle shape. Great to pack in a carry on. Charge is solid and it’s usb-c so I can share it with my MacBook and iPhone

I bought this for my girlfriend, it's my favorite to use after a run. My girlfriend has backaches from sitting at a desk all day.
