Very impressed with how effective it is at reducing soreness but in the moment and overall duration.

After adding this to my routine my soreness goes away much faster. Definitely a must have for anyone that has daily soreness after work.

It won't make you feel beat up like other percussion massagers. It has 3 levels of intensity (low, medium, high) with 3 different massage head attachments (each with its own specific type of massage). A charger is not included in the box but a USB-C charging cable is included in the box and will fit any USB-C charger that is used for another electronic.
