The orange light kept flashing which is correct, according to the instructions, but after 48 hours there was still no charge. To make matters more frustrating they wouldn't let me exchange it at the store for another one saying they already made the return transaction and couldn't reverse it to an exchange. When I asked if I could buy one at the store for the same price I paid for this one they refused. Very poor Customer Service
