    Lightweight & Powerful Relief

I’ve been hooked on Theragun since I got the Mini a few years ago. Unfortunately, I left it behind on a trip not long ago. I didn’t realize how dependent on it I’d become, so I’m thrilled with this new upgraded Theragun Relief. It has 3 attachments to choose from: The Standard Ball for total body & general tension reduction; the Dampener, which has a wider & softer head for more sensitive areas; and 3rdly, the Thumb which, just like it sounds, is small & firm. It’s great for knots & trigger points. Before finding Theragun, I believed manual massage was the only way to relief, but their massagers have opened my eyes to a completely different remedy. I’ve had a bout with tendinitis in my forearm. Manual manipulation helps at times, but it’s difficult to massage your own forearm. Using the Thumb attachment, it only takes a couple of minutes to relieve the pain so I can get back to work. It’s also my standard go-to tool post runs & gym time. There are no downsides to this Theragun Relief for me. It’s light weight enough to hold & move around for an extended time without fatiguing your hand. And the triangular handle makes it easy to maneuver. It’s quiet, powerful, very simple to operate and perfect for all-over relief.

First, this one is heavy and not comfortable to hold. For the price, I can get three that are smaller and lighter with the same level relief.

I have had the Original Theragun Pro for years and have relied on it daily for various aches, pains and tight muscles. Theragun has become the gold standard for massage devices and the Pro has never let me down. With that said, there are times when the Pro is too much power. I had disc replacement and fusion surgery in July and the Pro has been too rough for me as I get back to normalcy. That's why I was so excited to get the Theragun Relief and I quckly fell in love with it. It is packaged very different from my old pro; just the device, USB-C cord and a few attachments. I gave it a charge for an hour, put on the dampener attachment, turned it on, set it to high, and in no time, my body got some much needed relief. I cannot put into words how much better this one feels for me. Using it along my traps, across my upper back and even at the base of my neck, feels so good and is never too much percussive movement. Theragun hit a home run with this device. The color is modern, it holds a great charge and it's powerful enough for my needs. I keep this on my desk because it has such a small footprint and plan on traveling with it as well. Love it!

    Nice Massage Gun

I have one of the original Theragun so I will be comparing this to it for the most part. First off, very nicely packaged, comes fully charged right out of the box. I used the supplied USB-C cable and a power brick that I had laying around to double check this. The charging cable is white, not my favorite color for cables, but it gets the trick done. What I like is that it is now USB-C instead of its own proprietary plug. The charge has held up well and has not needed to be charged for over a week now. I use it almost daily due to having an injured shoulder. The color blue is nice and the weight is lighter than the original. This gun only has 3 speeds compared to five on the original and I found them to be a little lighter in intensity than the original. I use setting 3 (which is max) on this one vs. 2-3 on the original. Both do nicely. The additional attachments are the same and easily pop on and off. Like I mentioned, I am familiar with its use so this was very straight forward and I would highly recommend it.

First and foremost, the build quality of this device is exceptional. The Therabody Theragun Relief feels solid in my hands and is ergonomically designed for easy handling. The matte finish and sleek design make it visually appealing, giving it a premium feel. One of the standout features of the Theragun is its adjustable speed and intensity settings. With four varying speeds and five different attachments, I can customize my massage experience according to my needs. This versatility allows me to target specific muscle groups or adjust the intensity level. It's a fantastic tool for both recovery and pre-workout warm-up. The Theragun also uses whisper-quiet technology, which is a game-changer in a market where most percussion therapy devices tend to be quite noisy. This feature not only enhances the overall user experience but also allows for a more relaxing and uninterrupted therapy session Another noteworthy aspect of the Therabody Theragun Relief is its long battery life. The device can last for up to three hours on a single charge, which is impressive considering the power it delivers. Additionally, the LED battery indicator provides a clear indication of the remaining battery life, ensuring that I never run out of power unexpectedly. The Therabody app is yet another added benefit that sets the Theragun apart. The app offers a wide range of guided routines tailored to various muscle groups and conditions. It provides valuable insights into how to best utilize the Theragun Relief, making it an excellent resource for both professionals and beginners. The Therabody Theragun Relief is worth every penny. Its superior build quality, adjustable settings, whisper-quiet operation, long battery life, and the added benefits of the Therabody app make it an unrivaled percussion therapy device in the market. I highly recommend the Therabody Theragun Relief to anyone looking for an exceptional percussion therapy device. Whether you're an athlete, a fitness enthusiast, or a professional in the field, this device will undoubtedly elevate your recovery.

It gets rid of my night time leg cramps

Thanks to the Best Buy Tech Insiders Network for sending me this Therebody - Theragun Relief massage unit for review. For the past 2 months, I have been getting up 4 or 5 times a night with extreme cramps AKA charley horses in my ankles, calves and thighs. I get up out of the bed and run around the room for a few minutes until the pain lightens up (but doesn't go away entirely) and then I get back into bed and try to relax until I fall asleep and then a while later I do it again and again. I needed something else to relieve the pain and this Theregun has helped a lot. When I got an ankle cramp the other night, I used the largest of the 3 included heads to massage my ankle and within a few minutes, the pain went away completely. I got back into bed and fell asleep immediately with no pain whatsoever. Unfortunately a few hours later, I was up again with a pain in my thighs and the Theregun came to the rescue once again and back to sleep I went. Of course I will have to go to a doctor to find out the cause of these cramps but for now, this Theregun does a great job. The Theregun unit is fairly light weight and has a triangular design as you can see. You can grasp the handle in various ways to get to the part of your body that need massaging. It uses a USB-C cable that is included to recharge the device and as I mentioned earlier comes with 3 removable heads, a large "dampener", a standard ball head and a "thumb" head. Each head can be used for different parts of the body. There is a set of cards that is included showing you how to massage and refresh your various body parts. Of course there is an app that you can download for you iPhone or Android phone that includes videos and lets you follow the different routines for utilizing the Theregun for maximum relief of different parts of your body. I keep the Theregun next to my bed now ready to help me through the night with it's relaxing massage.

Theragun Relief is an extremely good product and a fantastic value for $150. If you are unfamiliar with Theragun, they make a host of wonderful products targeting self massage relief. This particular model comes in a very nice blue. It is extremely well packaged in premium packaging. Inside the box you get the Theragun Relief, a Dampener, Standard Ball and Thumb. The Dampener attachment is meant towards reducing aches and pains and it works quite well. The standard attachment targets tension reduction. The thumb is meant for the lower back or anywhere you have knots. I have used the standard in the past and it works exceptionally well. This was the first time I have ever used the Dampener and the thumb attachment. I used the dampener on my leg after working out and it absolutely eased some aches that I had. I also used the thumb on my back where I have many knots and it works extremely well to ease them. It doesn't necesarily eliminate them which Theragun does not say will happen anyway. It does however ease them and feels extremely good. The theragun relief has three speeds, of which, my preference is the slowest speed (which is still impressively fast). The best part about the product is the design which gives a wonderful grip when using the device. Anyone who needs massage therapy and would like to do it themselves would benefit from this product. However, anyone who works out would also be best suited for this product. I use it after every workout and it helps my body recover much quicker. I am quite fond of this product.

    Relief After 12 Hour Shifts

This massage gun is exactly what I needed! Its helped soothe my sore lower back after a 12 hour shift at the hospital. I am on my feet a majority of my shift, making my legs and lower back incredibly sore. I love that there are multiple attachments to target various areas of my body. It is compact enough that I can carry it most everwhere I go.The massager is elegant in its design, with gentle curves. I was surprised at how powerful it is for it's size. The adjustable power levels are a nice feature. Sometimes my back is too sensitive for the higher setting, so I dial it down a level, yet provides the same level of relief. Charging the massager is pretty simple. I just plug it into my power bank and it recharges in a few hours. The only strange thing to me is that the massager only comes with a micro usb cable. This may be a problem if you dont have an adapter or power bank. Another thing that I happen to like is the color! Blue is my favorite color in the world, and this massager happens to be the perfect shade. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is in need of a compact, powerful massage gun!

Got this to replace another brand similar percussion relief gun. I like this one! For me, it's easy to hold in hand and not heavy or awkward. Pressure and vibration feel fine to me on my back, shoulders, quads, and calves. Easy to use! Easy to charge back up and for my limited use, the battery will last a long time if I actually let it drain all the way down. Comes with a few different heads to put on. Tried them all, but I typically just leave it on the broader/flatter one. Recommend it highly so far. I may buy another as a gift for a friend.

The massage gun was easy to setup and use and the instructions were clear. Through the years, I've had a hard time getting at muscle knots loosened in my back effectively, this did the trick. I hadn't used anything quite like this before but it was easy to handle and took less time than I expected. It also worked well on thigh and calf cramps. I work out fairly regularly but seem to always have to wait out the aches. For me waiting until the cramping or knotting had just reached tightness stage and I was able to get back in the gym much more quickly and the workouts feel smoother. Another thing I noticed was that my range of motion was less restricted during and after heavier workouts. After a few weeks of use, I Can honestly say that the difference was evident for me, better recovery, less aches, fuller range of motion during exercise - this was a real eye opener for me. There are other attachments, I have just been using the standard head that ships with the gun I am intending to try others.

I've been training for a half marathon and I have learned to take my recovery very seriously... that being said when you are packing a bag for a road trip it's SUPER important that you don't have any one thing weighing you down or taking up too much of your space... or being so small that you forget to pop it in your bag. I've found that this fits perfectly in my duffle and I'm leaving it in there along with the three attachments and the charging cord and then I never have to worry again! In opening the Theragun Relief there was a QR Code to download an app and my first thought was "Oh neat... another app to sit on my phone and take up space"... I have to admit that I was wrong about this app though, I've used it multiple times and I intend to keep doing it. There is a great 15-20 minute "tutorial" (for lack of a better word) that I've followed along with after a long run and it makes a WORLD of difference in helping to make sure that you hit your often neglected sore spots. I have to say that I don't think that I had ever really thought about using a massage gun on my feet but when my arches start howling (around mile 11) then the daydream of using this sucker on them helps get me through!

I was always curious about the Theragun products, but the pricing has always kept me on the outside looking in. I can see the value of the higher priced models: active people or athletes that need a varied array of features to help address their warm-ups or recoveries. However, I’m not that active but I do want help with recovery. The Relief seems like all the things I wanted out of a Theragun without the same price tag. The gun itself is easy to use. Its shape helps you to reach basically your entire back. This was a lifesaver for me because I had developed middle back pain several weeks ago and what seems to be shoulder socket impingement pain. I’d seen videos saying that shoulder impingement could be alleviated with stretching or massaging of muscles in the middle back, by the shoulder blade. I found that the latter definitely helped, but I needed to find a way to massage it frequently without having to ask for help all the time. For some time, I managed to squeeze a tennis ball against the wall and my back to reach the area. This was okay, but after I got the Theragun, I saw a world of improvement. Whereas I was using the tennis ball several times a day, I found that a single 1 minute session daily helped to seriously reduce the shoulder pain, even eliminate it entirely on some days. I just recently started using the app and it’s great. The app can connect to Google Fit, which I use frequently, and it creates a daily routine for you based on activity history. It also asks about activities that you do regularly to further improve your routines. I haven’t been using it for very long, but I can say it’s really easy to configure and use. Even if I don’t end up using the routines in the long run, I think I’ll definitely be using the gun regularly from now on.

I bought three of these as Christmas presents and an additional one for my wife and I. Everyone was thrilled as this particular Theragun is very light and easily usable by one person to use on themselves. Our previous massage gun was so heavy it required use by a partner. All the feedback I've gotten from our gift recipients has been positive.

I bought this massager for my husband for Christmas because he often has sore muscles from working out and old football injuries. He uses it daily and absolutely loves it! It's small enough for easy use and doesn't take long to charge. The different massage tools that comes with it make targeting a specific area much easier. I would highly recommend this massager.
