Decent idea, but has to return due to pain
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The idea behind this massage gun is great, but it's very hard on the body. My wife was able to use it on my legs but the lowest setting was still too hard. It even bothered her hands while doing it. I tried it on her back as well and she said it hurt quite a bit. Unfortunately we had to return it.

No One Mentions This!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried so hard to like this but the power button is placed exactly where you will turn it off every time you use it! Why did no one mention this in their reviews?? You cannot use it and have it stay on! Bad, bad design!

Lightweight & Powerful Relief
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been hooked on Theragun since I got the Mini a few years ago. Unfortunately, I left it behind on a trip not long ago. I didn’t realize how dependent on it I’d become, so I’m thrilled with this new upgraded Theragun Relief. It has 3 attachments to choose from: The Standard Ball for total body & general tension reduction; the Dampener, which has a wider & softer head for more sensitive areas; and 3rdly, the Thumb which, just like it sounds, is small & firm. It’s great for knots & trigger points. Before finding Theragun, I believed manual massage was the only way to relief, but their massagers have opened my eyes to a completely different remedy. I’ve had a bout with tendinitis in my forearm. Manual manipulation helps at times, but it’s difficult to massage your own forearm. Using the Thumb attachment, it only takes a couple of minutes to relieve the pain so I can get back to work. It’s also my standard go-to tool post runs & gym time. There are no downsides to this Theragun Relief for me. It’s light weight enough to hold & move around for an extended time without fatiguing your hand. And the triangular handle makes it easy to maneuver. It’s quiet, powerful, very simple to operate and perfect for all-over relief.

Review
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The product failed to charge after multiple attempts with different charging blocks and cords. The attempt to have a new on shipped failed as well due to it being out of stock. I was looking forward to the purchase however things didn’t go as planned and it seems this is a defect with this model.

Small but mighty
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had the Original Theragun Pro for years and have relied on it daily for various aches, pains and tight muscles. Theragun has become the gold standard for massage devices and the Pro has never let me down. With that said, there are times when the Pro is too much power. I had disc replacement and fusion surgery in July and the Pro has been too rough for me as I get back to normalcy. That's why I was so excited to get the Theragun Relief and I quckly fell in love with it. It is packaged very different from my old pro; just the device, USB-C cord and a few attachments. I gave it a charge for an hour, put on the dampener attachment, turned it on, set it to high, and in no time, my body got some much needed relief. I cannot put into words how much better this one feels for me. Using it along my traps, across my upper back and even at the base of my neck, feels so good and is never too much percussive movement. Theragun hit a home run with this device. The color is modern, it holds a great charge and it's powerful enough for my needs. I keep this on my desk because it has such a small footprint and plan on traveling with it as well. Love it!

Heavy and over priced
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, this one is heavy and not comfortable to hold. For the price, I can get three that are smaller and lighter with the same level relief.

Nice Massage Gun
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have one of the original Theragun so I will be comparing this to it for the most part. First off, very nicely packaged, comes fully charged right out of the box. I used the supplied USB-C cable and a power brick that I had laying around to double check this. The charging cable is white, not my favorite color for cables, but it gets the trick done. What I like is that it is now USB-C instead of its own proprietary plug. The charge has held up well and has not needed to be charged for over a week now. I use it almost daily due to having an injured shoulder. The color blue is nice and the weight is lighter than the original. This gun only has 3 speeds compared to five on the original and I found them to be a little lighter in intensity than the original. I use setting 3 (which is max) on this one vs. 2-3 on the original. Both do nicely. The additional attachments are the same and easily pop on and off. Like I mentioned, I am familiar with its use so this was very straight forward and I would highly recommend it.

Brings much needed relief!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First and foremost, the build quality of this device is exceptional. The Therabody Theragun Relief feels solid in my hands and is ergonomically designed for easy handling. The matte finish and sleek design make it visually appealing, giving it a premium feel. One of the standout features of the Theragun is its adjustable speed and intensity settings. With four varying speeds and five different attachments, I can customize my massage experience according to my needs. This versatility allows me to target specific muscle groups or adjust the intensity level. It's a fantastic tool for both recovery and pre-workout warm-up. The Theragun also uses whisper-quiet technology, which is a game-changer in a market where most percussion therapy devices tend to be quite noisy. This feature not only enhances the overall user experience but also allows for a more relaxing and uninterrupted therapy session Another noteworthy aspect of the Therabody Theragun Relief is its long battery life. The device can last for up to three hours on a single charge, which is impressive considering the power it delivers. Additionally, the LED battery indicator provides a clear indication of the remaining battery life, ensuring that I never run out of power unexpectedly. The Therabody app is yet another added benefit that sets the Theragun apart. The app offers a wide range of guided routines tailored to various muscle groups and conditions. It provides valuable insights into how to best utilize the Theragun Relief, making it an excellent resource for both professionals and beginners. The Therabody Theragun Relief is worth every penny. Its superior build quality, adjustable settings, whisper-quiet operation, long battery life, and the added benefits of the Therabody app make it an unrivaled percussion therapy device in the market. I highly recommend the Therabody Theragun Relief to anyone looking for an exceptional percussion therapy device. Whether you're an athlete, a fitness enthusiast, or a professional in the field, this device will undoubtedly elevate your recovery.

It gets rid of my night time leg cramps
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Thanks to the Best Buy Tech Insiders Network for sending me this Therebody - Theragun Relief massage unit for review. For the past 2 months, I have been getting up 4 or 5 times a night with extreme cramps AKA charley horses in my ankles, calves and thighs. I get up out of the bed and run around the room for a few minutes until the pain lightens up (but doesn't go away entirely) and then I get back into bed and try to relax until I fall asleep and then a while later I do it again and again. I needed something else to relieve the pain and this Theregun has helped a lot. When I got an ankle cramp the other night, I used the largest of the 3 included heads to massage my ankle and within a few minutes, the pain went away completely. I got back into bed and fell asleep immediately with no pain whatsoever. Unfortunately a few hours later, I was up again with a pain in my thighs and the Theregun came to the rescue once again and back to sleep I went. Of course I will have to go to a doctor to find out the cause of these cramps but for now, this Theregun does a great job. The Theregun unit is fairly light weight and has a triangular design as you can see. You can grasp the handle in various ways to get to the part of your body that need massaging. It uses a USB-C cable that is included to recharge the device and as I mentioned earlier comes with 3 removable heads, a large "dampener", a standard ball head and a "thumb" head. Each head can be used for different parts of the body. There is a set of cards that is included showing you how to massage and refresh your various body parts. Of course there is an app that you can download for you iPhone or Android phone that includes videos and lets you follow the different routines for utilizing the Theregun for maximum relief of different parts of your body. I keep the Theregun next to my bed now ready to help me through the night with it's relaxing massage.

Excellent Product from an excellent company.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Theragun Relief is an extremely good product and a fantastic value for $150. If you are unfamiliar with Theragun, they make a host of wonderful products targeting self massage relief. This particular model comes in a very nice blue. It is extremely well packaged in premium packaging. Inside the box you get the Theragun Relief, a Dampener, Standard Ball and Thumb. The Dampener attachment is meant towards reducing aches and pains and it works quite well. The standard attachment targets tension reduction. The thumb is meant for the lower back or anywhere you have knots. I have used the standard in the past and it works exceptionally well. This was the first time I have ever used the Dampener and the thumb attachment. I used the dampener on my leg after working out and it absolutely eased some aches that I had. I also used the thumb on my back where I have many knots and it works extremely well to ease them. It doesn't necesarily eliminate them which Theragun does not say will happen anyway. It does however ease them and feels extremely good. The theragun relief has three speeds, of which, my preference is the slowest speed (which is still impressively fast). The best part about the product is the design which gives a wonderful grip when using the device. Anyone who needs massage therapy and would like to do it themselves would benefit from this product. However, anyone who works out would also be best suited for this product. I use it after every workout and it helps my body recover much quicker. I am quite fond of this product.
