This massage gun is exactly what I needed! Its helped soothe my sore lower back after a 12 hour shift at the hospital. I am on my feet a majority of my shift, making my legs and lower back incredibly sore. I love that there are multiple attachments to target various areas of my body. It is compact enough that I can carry it most everwhere I go.The massager is elegant in its design, with gentle curves. I was surprised at how powerful it is for it's size. The adjustable power levels are a nice feature. Sometimes my back is too sensitive for the higher setting, so I dial it down a level, yet provides the same level of relief. Charging the massager is pretty simple. I just plug it into my power bank and it recharges in a few hours. The only strange thing to me is that the massager only comes with a micro usb cable. This may be a problem if you dont have an adapter or power bank. Another thing that I happen to like is the color! Blue is my favorite color in the world, and this massager happens to be the perfect shade. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is in need of a compact, powerful massage gun!

I bought three of these as Christmas presents and an additional one for my wife and I. Everyone was thrilled as this particular Theragun is very light and easily usable by one person to use on themselves. Our previous massage gun was so heavy it required use by a partner. All the feedback I've gotten from our gift recipients has been positive.

The massage gun was easy to setup and use and the instructions were clear. Through the years, I've had a hard time getting at muscle knots loosened in my back effectively, this did the trick. I hadn't used anything quite like this before but it was easy to handle and took less time than I expected. It also worked well on thigh and calf cramps. I work out fairly regularly but seem to always have to wait out the aches. For me waiting until the cramping or knotting had just reached tightness stage and I was able to get back in the gym much more quickly and the workouts feel smoother. Another thing I noticed was that my range of motion was less restricted during and after heavier workouts. After a few weeks of use, I Can honestly say that the difference was evident for me, better recovery, less aches, fuller range of motion during exercise - this was a real eye opener for me. There are other attachments, I have just been using the standard head that ships with the gun I am intending to try others.

As someone who always has back pain this massage gun has been such a help! All of the different attachments accomplish different forms of relief and pinpoint different areas. I have made it a habit to use whenever I'm feeling pain and I love it!!

I've been training for a half marathon and I have learned to take my recovery very seriously... that being said when you are packing a bag for a road trip it's SUPER important that you don't have any one thing weighing you down or taking up too much of your space... or being so small that you forget to pop it in your bag. I've found that this fits perfectly in my duffle and I'm leaving it in there along with the three attachments and the charging cord and then I never have to worry again! In opening the Theragun Relief there was a QR Code to download an app and my first thought was "Oh neat... another app to sit on my phone and take up space"... I have to admit that I was wrong about this app though, I've used it multiple times and I intend to keep doing it. There is a great 15-20 minute "tutorial" (for lack of a better word) that I've followed along with after a long run and it makes a WORLD of difference in helping to make sure that you hit your often neglected sore spots. I have to say that I don't think that I had ever really thought about using a massage gun on my feet but when my arches start howling (around mile 11) then the daydream of using this sucker on them helps get me through!

I was always curious about the Theragun products, but the pricing has always kept me on the outside looking in. I can see the value of the higher priced models: active people or athletes that need a varied array of features to help address their warm-ups or recoveries. However, I’m not that active but I do want help with recovery. The Relief seems like all the things I wanted out of a Theragun without the same price tag. The gun itself is easy to use. Its shape helps you to reach basically your entire back. This was a lifesaver for me because I had developed middle back pain several weeks ago and what seems to be shoulder socket impingement pain. I’d seen videos saying that shoulder impingement could be alleviated with stretching or massaging of muscles in the middle back, by the shoulder blade. I found that the latter definitely helped, but I needed to find a way to massage it frequently without having to ask for help all the time. For some time, I managed to squeeze a tennis ball against the wall and my back to reach the area. This was okay, but after I got the Theragun, I saw a world of improvement. Whereas I was using the tennis ball several times a day, I found that a single 1 minute session daily helped to seriously reduce the shoulder pain, even eliminate it entirely on some days. I just recently started using the app and it’s great. The app can connect to Google Fit, which I use frequently, and it creates a daily routine for you based on activity history. It also asks about activities that you do regularly to further improve your routines. I haven’t been using it for very long, but I can say it’s really easy to configure and use. Even if I don’t end up using the routines in the long run, I think I’ll definitely be using the gun regularly from now on.

I bought this massager for my husband for Christmas because he often has sore muscles from working out and old football injuries. He uses it daily and absolutely loves it! It's small enough for easy use and doesn't take long to charge. The different massage tools that comes with it make targeting a specific area much easier. I would highly recommend this massager.

I've had an elite model for years and enjoyed it, but it was always a little tough to hit some of those smaller spots like your neck and shoulders because you're having to hold up this huge appliance. Enter the Theragun Relief. This one is a bit smaller and easier to hold and use all around. And especially for some of those harder to reach spots like neck and shoulders. Percussive therapy has been great for relieving cramps and muscle aches. Sleep wrong, worked too hard, hit the gym and pulled something? These devices along with proper stretching and ice & heat is the answer. It comes with a couple attachments. The dampener which is padded more for sensitive spots, a standard ball which is great for all over tension, and a thumb ball for trigger points and knots. The device finally uses a USB-C power connector, vs the old proprietary connection! A couple quick gripes, it's a little tougher to turn on as you now have to hold the button down for a few secs vs a quick tap. A minor inconvenience really. And then there's no battery indicator that's clearly visible like previous models. And then the lack of a storage case is a drag. This model does have 3 percussion settings. My previous only had 2. So it's nice to have the size change and few other perks. Overall, I really like it quite a lot. Smaller is better in this case. I would certainly recommend this to a friend.

I found the Therabody Theragun Relief interesting. Both ends of the charging cord are USB-C so you may need an adapter depending on where you will be using it. I have issues with my nerves which tight muscles can exacerbate. Most of the massage equipment I've tried hasn't been a good fit as they usually only have one head though they may have different speeds. The massagers tend to be focused on deep massage which just doesn't work for me as they can cause a flare up. However, the Theragun has three different heads -- a basic one, a dampener one and a smaller, focused one. That worked well for me as I was able to start with the dampener starting to relax the muscle without putting added pressure on the nerves. The larger head diffuses the vibrations over a larger area so there isn't the need to get too close to the nerves. Once the muscles started relaxing, I was able to use the other heads to work the muscles easier, again without putting pressure on the nerves. By relaxing the muscles, the nerve pain lessened. The handle is unique and allows different grips which make it easier to get to various areas of the body. There are also three speeds so it was easier to work up the scale. Included in the kit are some cards which give instructions on how to massage various areas of the body and for the duration needed. I found these helpful. You can also download on app which can give you more specific recommendations for your particular needs. The one drawback I found was in trying to pair my Theragun with the app. It could not find my particular Theragun but did pair with a couple which were not the same as mine. Still, I was able to get recommendations based on those. Given that over the course of several days I was finally about to get a knot out of my shoulder in I don't know how long without causing a flare up, I would definitely recommend the Therabody.

This is exactly the right size for easy use and does a good job of relaxing muscles.

Right out of the box, this stunningly designed massage gun was intuitively easy to use, and is powerful and gentle at the same time. It’s an absolute must to have if you need to work out built up tension and knots. At a discounted holiday price it was my best buy of the season.

Got this to replace another brand similar percussion relief gun. I like this one! For me, it's easy to hold in hand and not heavy or awkward. Pressure and vibration feel fine to me on my back, shoulders, quads, and calves. Easy to use! Easy to charge back up and for my limited use, the battery will last a long time if I actually let it drain all the way down. Comes with a few different heads to put on. Tried them all, but I typically just leave it on the broader/flatter one. Recommend it highly so far. I may buy another as a gift for a friend.

Great massager! Lightweight and very easy to use!

I have been using my Theragun since I purchased it and it has been a wonderful tool to relieve the pain in my lower back. Using this saves me from popping medicines which may or may not provide the relief I need. The Theragun allows me to direct the vibration directly to the source of my discomfort. I wish that I had known about this device years ago.

There are so many massage guns available right now, even convenience stores have them. After doing a ton of online research this one stood out as the best combination of highest quality/most effective/best value for money. It came as advertised. The product feels solid in the hand while easy to handle and not heavy, and it provides a great massage.

Wet east to handle and has plenty of juice to get the job done.

I got this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. The navy color looks nice too.
