I had severely messed up my back and was in agony for almost 2 months so I gave it a try. I'd use it every other day for 6 days (3 uses) and focused almost solely on where the pain was. After the 3rd time I finally woke up the next day able to walk normal again. Almost 2 months of trying all of the stretches and such, fixed in a week. The vibrating features is nice if for no other reason than to distract your mind while you do it, because it hurts a bit - at least it did for me - while you are rolling.

Sadly, she doesn’t use it as much as I’d hoped. Not sure if it’s because she thinks it’s not beneficial or if it’s too complicated. I tried it once and thought it was easy to use with the free app.

I recommend for people like me who works in the warehouse lifting 50 pound boxes everyday at work.
