This thing is amazing. IF you have ever wanted to be kneaded like pizza dough, this is the tool for the job. First thing first, download the app. It really is priceless. While it is fine just randomly using it wherever you feel the knead (pun 1), the app will direct you to the right way to meet you kneads (pun 2). The directions for sciatica or plantar fasciitis are amazing. I would recommend downloading the app if you are on the fence about the purchase to see everything you can do with it. It will also help you determine which attachments you knead (pun 3), the attachments are the difference in the options being sold. Generally speaking the Standard Ball attachment is good for almost anything, but the other attachments let you get a good deep penetration. This is not one of those cute little vibrating massagers, this will hammer you into submission. There is no force kneaded (pun 4), you basically hover it over the area kneading (pun 5) attention. This feels like a professional tool that will enhance your workouts and help you recover post workout with any aches or strains. Beyond that, it is perfect for every day use, even to just get the blood flowing to start you day if you are slow to start. It is weighted perfectly for individual use or use on someone else. Be warned, this really can hammer you really well, I could see someone who bruises easily getting a doozy from it. Download the app. Do your homework. But KNOW this is a massager that is top quality and if it fits your kneads (pun 6) it is worth the dough (pun 7).

I have been looking for a solid massage device after I started doing an intensive workout. Theragun - G3 Premium Handheld Percussive Massage Device is an excellent choice. It came with Theragun G3 Premium Handheld Percussive Massage Device, Premium Travel Case, Power Adapter, 4 Pro attachments and Owner’s manual. Setup is quick and easy. I have downloaded the Theragun app and completed the setup. The app is really good with instructions to use the product. Battery life is really good and lasts up 60 minutes after a full charge for longer sessions. It has two-speed settings and multiple heads allow to target each muscle with various intensity for excellent results. Theragun's proprietary treatment technology combines a 16mm stroke length and speed of 40 percussions per second to create a fast, more effective deep percussive tissue massage. The ergonomic handle is very comfortable to hold and easy to reach distant body areas. The premium travel case can hold the G3 device, four attachments, and power adapter. I have been using the G3 device very often in shoulder and leg areas after the workout. It is very quiet while using. Theragun G3 build quality is sold and it is premium handheld percussive massage device. I highly recommend this device to anyone looking for a solution for back pain, neck pain.

The item screams durability and quality. The case is beautiful and so nice to be able to keep the unit, the heads and the charger in one easy to find case. The heads, some look like medieval torture devices but once you go online and do some lite reading you will soon learn the best usages for each head. The cordless aspect makes using the unit fantastic and the 50-60 minute run time is more than adequate. The massaging aspect via the percussive action of the various heads is a thing of beauty in how it relaxes and gets knots out of your body. The device is great as a warm up for your muscles pre-workout out as well as after a workout.

I do a fair amount of weight lifting so aches and tightness come with the territory. I've got a nagging labral issue in my shoulder that i've been dealing with. I ran this little guy on that shoulder for a good hour the other night and while it was left feeling a little sore it wasn't bothering me quite as bad during my next lift. Today after a 5x5 set of squats I noticed some discomfort in my right quad and I used this massager on it and it was definitely providing some immediate relief. I wouldn't say gone, but was definitely helping. The device is surprisingly powerful for a battery operated massager. The charge lifespan seems quite good so far. I can use it for about an hour. I haven't had a ton of time to use it on my back or hips, but it's quite nice on legs, arms, and neck so far. I would highly recommend this massager!!

At first I didn’t know how a percussive massage device worked or how it differs from the rest of the neck massagers, but then I downloaded the app and that really helped me with my experience. This device is intended to relax those tight muscles after work outs or for common neck and back aches when sitting at an office chair all day. I had a positive experience, as it was easy and practical to use. It’s ergonomic friendly design allows for self use. The battery life is a plus, it lasted a good hour. Pretty cool cause it never lost it’s force. The device is sturdy, well built and made to last. The extra adaptation heads makes the tool even more versatile. The only downside was how loud it can get. I had to turn up the volume while watching a movie. The other downside is the limited built in two speed setting. I think it could of had maybe two more speed levels. The travel case is sleek and looks cool in any gym bag.

This massage tool is great for the areas I’ve had issues using a foam roller on. Specifically the inner thigh and shoulders. The only issue is may need someone to hit areas you can’t reach for you. The various tools and the two speeds help to tailor the pressure and the pressure type to the area of concern. The iOS app consists of pictures to show the best ways to use the tool depending on what part of your body is aching. Recently my hamstrings and inner thigh have been extremely sore after working out, and using the Theragun on the area was extremely painful. However, after a 3 minute session on each thigh I felt much better the rest of the day. Bottom line, do I think this helps sore muscles and assists in recovery for avid gym goers? YES! You can hit any muscle group with the theragun and recover quicker, similar to how foam rolling or a massage help muscle recovery. This is not by any means a requirement to optimize workout recovery, but it definitely helps and I’ll be using the theragun until it breaks.

I have had this gun for about two weeks now. I was very impressed by the company's help with questions as well as tips and the community that backs its products. This is my first theragun product. When I received the product I was happy to see that it came in a nice case so I didn't have to work about finding the one that works. It came with a multiple of tools from the foam style ball, to the bullet style. The foam ball is great since you can hit along the bone without it bouncing hard on it like a lacrosse ball. The bullet head allows me to dig in and break up the knots or just dig deeper. The flat attachment allows me to work the muscles after a work out without digging too deep. All the different attachments really covered all my therapeutic needs. I got injured at work when lifting some heavy equipment a while back and found that a massage gun is a nice must have. I begin seeing a chiropractor after that injury and they use a gun like this one to loosen up my neck & back for the adjustment. It always feels so wonderful when they used their gun and helps the muscles in my back to relax and loosen before the adjustment, but sometimes I can't get to their office for weeks at a time and the knots return because of work. So I decided to get a gun for myself to use regularly for those stubborn knots, and boy am I glad I did! I very much feel Ii staves off what many think are aches & pains that we just all have to learn to live with as we age. Being able to work out knots and stimulate blood flood using this massage gun is fantastic. It is now part of my daily routine and I plan on continuing to use it for the long haul. This gun is even better than the one my chiropractor uses! It penetrates deep into the muscle tissue and causes a warming sensation in the muscles due to stimulating increased blood flow in the area it's used on. I've never experienced that warming sensation when my chiropractor uses his gun, so that was an added bonus. One issue that I noticed is the loud noise that this massager makes. Now I haven't used any other massage gun before, so I don't have any reference to compare. Hence the reason I didn't deduct any star. This is a great product. Bonus points for ease of use, multiple attachments, and two speeds to chose from. Works great for just after working out or right before working out to warm up sore muscles. Not to mention customer service has been GREAT! Very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this product.

I was very skeptical of this little handheld massager but after reading some product information online I thought I’d give it a shot. I have some severe painful muscles, and was hoping that after many other treatments this might at least alleviate some tension at night after work. I can say while it is easy to use, and is absolutely one of the best massage products I’ve ever owned. It doesn’t work miracles and for $600+ I would say you should probably pass.

I am not a heavyweight lifter nor a person that goes to the gym everyday. I am in my early 30s and play futbol (soccer) about 2 to 3 times per week. I am usually sore the next day and just tired in general. I decided to give this Theragun a try just to see if it made any difference, and I am surprised to say that it actually does help feel more rested the next day. It does the job of helping and speeding up the recovery after a workout. Another thing I use it for is just for massaging my body to feel relaxed. My work can sometimes be stressful, and my back and neck can feel pretty tense after a long work day. I have actually started to use the Theragun just to relax my body. The handles allow you to massage yourself, but if you have a significant other helping, it really feels like a you're getting a massage by those places that charge you for a fancy massage. The only thing I wish this Theragun model had was different speeds. It only has two speed settings, and I wish it had a third slower option. That's the only reason, I am not giving it the five stars. All in all, I recommend it if you are like me or if working out is your passion. The Theragun is probably targeted more for those people that are always at the gym, but I use it as a soccer player and for relaxing massages and it's great!

This is a powerful massage device. My wife has a fairly difficult time holding on when she uses it on my back, and I had a little difficulty myself when using it on her. It defaults to the high setting every time you turn it on. It felt very good to be able to pinpoint the problem areas on my back, and she said that it felt good on her back as well. There are a few tips included with the massager. I would definitely recommend this if you have a partner who can hold on and you have common issues with small areas that need to be massaged out.

I have to say I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into when I got this. After a couple weeks with it... I'm still not 100% convinced of its long term usage. Wanted to deal with tightness in neck, upper back, and shoulder areas. With the mulitple speeds and switchable heads, able to grasp Theragun fine to get to the problem areas and feel the "punches" into the muscle areas loosen them up. If you're comfortable with a deeper pressure massage, the machine will feel similar, though it can repeat at same pressure level or higher longer than a human. Tried bringing it into work to try to use there at desk. It is just too loud, and more so, distracting. Did get the occasional question if they could try.... with some varied reactions, especially if they tried the higher speed. If you regularly pay someone else for a massage, the machine will pay for itself quickly. I'm not sure if you need the extra features for the $200 more upgraded model. For most people, I'd recommend saving the $200 for something else and go with this less expensive model.

This is a fantastic massage gun. Extremely powerful, portable, and able to reach parts of my back that I wouldn't be able too. Great to use after I workout, especially my lower back
