The left side of my body gets very tight and tense. Use this laying on the bed sitting on the floor has been the best for our use. It comes with several accessories that you can easily swap out. It does get a little warm to the touch after about 20 minutes of use. Expensive purchase but it has helped a lot with our flexibility and tightness.

Definitely feel it was worth it when you combine the warranty and quality of the massager. One thing I will say is using this thing needs to be part of a consistent routine. Don’t waste the money unless you are ready to invest 10-15 minutes a day to the therapy. If are are up to doing that or are already just rolling then I highly suggest.

Caught this on a Black Friday deal, that was unbeatable. This Theragun provides 2 levels of massage, which I'm glad there is a lower setting for more sensitive/tight muscles. This item has paid for itself in massages and chiropractic visits for me.

Deep tissue massage w/o breaking my hands

It has helped both he and I tremendously! I give little “sessions” to friends and family that come over, most have lower back pain and it’s almost instant relief for them, I recently broke my ankle and after 6 weeks started using it on my feet...Theragun is AMAZING!!
