My Massage Therapist

A gym buddy of mine actually got one and I got to try it and loved it, which prompted me to get one. It really helps sooth my sore muscles after my workouts. Since I can't go to a massage therapist right now with the Covid-19 lockdown, this is my best alternative.

Be careful, not a toy for kids, this could hurt someone if used wrong. There are two speeds. Same strength, just a different speed so it has a little different effect. Very portable and comes with two batteries. They seem to last pretty long each, more than i have needed anyway.

Only two power settings and neither really worked for me. Felt good on my feet, planter foot killer for sure. The quality was there the different fittings was cool, but this wasn’t for my 5,1 140 pound body.

It was introduced to them at their school sport activities but could only use it in short spurts due to the number of kids. Now that I bought them their own, they use it at home every day after workouts. It breaks up any knots and relieves soreness. My boys are very happy with this product.

Best piece of recovery I have ever used

I was in a sporting goods store and saw one for people to try and did my arm feel amazing after that. I have suffered from golfer's elbow, not from golfing and with one use I bought the thing and have no regrets since.
