I do labor work, so I’m on my feet all day . I come home and I rub myself with the Theragun and i feel great the next day to work and then I repeat every night. The only thing that I don’t like about it is that it’s pretty heavy to hold and the battery dies quick !

I bought this for my wife for Mother’s Day. She loves working out & always wished she had the Theragun to help with recovery. Little did I know I would be the one using it more haha. I love using it on my hamstrings & lower back to help with my own issues. A+++

Works very well on loosening the grip of a muscle spasm. Used the lower setting of the G3PRO against my calf area and in no time at all the spasm was over. Being prone to having spasms in my legs, sometimes at night, having G3PRO close by is a game-changer for me.

This is great. Really massages targeted tense muscles. Expensive though.

I bought it to help with my plantar fasciitis and sciatica. It gives me relief. I showed it to my chiropractor buddy and he went and bought one that evening. He has been using his in a clinical setting multiple times a day and has had no issues with it.

If you use this massage gun correctly, it can even help with sleep and stress. Just be careful if you have any injuries. And, not that you should invest in one for this reason alone, but the slow-mo videos of massage guns punching muscles look insanely Insta-worthy.

Purchase this item for recovery after workouts, tournaments, long weekend on the slopes. This Theragun does it all and I like how the product was well designed to hold the theragun, change positions and easy swap of batteries and they also includes a travel case.

This machine is the real deal! Strong drive motor, pivoting head and multiple arm positions are a must have. The most versatile of all the devices out there now. And it comes with two batteries!!! Love my device for after a long workout or run. Highly recommend!!

Simply amazing. I’ve had pain in my left quad for years. It’s made it difficult to squat. After using this once, the pain has gone down tremendously. I know the more I use it, it’s going to keep working that muscle out. This is definitely worth every penny.

I’m avid into fitness. I workout 6 days a week and run 15-20 miles a week as well. I primarily use this on my legs for recovery. I work legs 3 times a week and run 4 days a week without problem. I hope this helps someone out! It’s worth the investment.

Overall it’s a really good massage gun but it’s just waaaay too loud for me.

I've had lower back pain most of my adult life. Recently I had to do PT for a shoulder injury and knee injury. It seemed like no matter what type of massager I used, it only had a brief effect after leaving it on a particular spot for 30 minutes. I've used the electrodes (Tens?) and various percussion massagers with infared and all that. None of them really helped. When I received the Theragun Pro, I was a little shocked at how large the box was. The carrying case is substantial, but it also holds the tool, all attachments, batteries and charger with lots of foam for protection. The tool itself is not heavy or unruly in size. It's actually very easy to grip and since the head rotates for different angles, you can grab it in multiple spots comfortably. I have used the Theragun several times and it is amazing. I woke up with a sore neck a few days ago. With about 2 minutes of use, that was gone. I had done a full day of yard work that included a lot of bending, lifting and crawling. The next day my legs and lower back were screaming. About 10 minutes with the Theragun relieved about 75% of the pain. I used it for a few minutes later in the day again and woke up with no pain the next morning. I've also found that I sleep better when I use this before bedtime. The biggest con with this device is the sticker shock. I have no doubt that people will look at this and say they can get the same thing for $20-40. I'm here to tell you that no, you can't. It is worth every penny and works like no other massage tool you've ever tried. If you have chronic pain or workout a lot, I highly recommend this product. The attachments are great for different uses and are easy to pull off but stay securely on when in use. The high setting can be rough, so start with low and work your way up. The high setting should probably be reserved for more of the back/glute areas that are thicker vs around the neck or shoulder blades. Overall, the initial cost is high. There's no doubt. However, if you're spending money on massages every month, or going to PT, or have a bunch of massage tools laying around that never really worked so you bought another one.....this is the tool you've been looking for. If you can cut out massages and PT for the most part by getting this, it will pay for itself fairly quickly and then it will start paying you back. It's not a cure-all and I'm not trying to suggest that it is. However, it is an absolutely amazing tool to relieve tension and stress, help muscles recover and warm them up for a workout. For people with chronic muscle pain, I strongly recommend. You won't regret it.

I was in doubt before buying but it really works, the app programs are great and easy to follow. only has 2 speeds I was thinking it would need more but then later own learned those two speed are scientifically programed to work the right way

Likes: Good power for those that like it hard and then a 1/2 power for those that like it not as hard. Nice to be able to move the head around. Good attachments. Dislike: It’s LOUD! It’s also heavy but that is good to assist with down pressure. Please ice too high! Look for a sale. Would recommend

Best purchase of the year. It not only aids in recovery but I use it to warm up muscles on days that I workout. I strongly urge anyone on the fence to go for it. It is not that loud compared to other massagers, and the stall threshold is very high.

It seems to relieve some aches and soreness. I’m still figuring it out.

Was a little louder than anticipated but worked very well

I have very tight calf muscles. At first, I had to use the lower setting. One week later I was using the high setting with much more comfort and most of all very good calves. Still working on the plantar fasciitis but some better.

Pounds hard, cordless is great, only bad thing is the high price,

My mom got lower back compression fracture from fall. She was in so much pain. Doctor said that it will take 2-3 months to heal. I used Theragun and her pain is gone less than one month. It works for everything muscle spasm, pain, gym.
