This product does help with muscle aches but could be better the round balls they use can be a little hard to position on spot and hold there. If they offered a flat square pad attachment it would be more usable in some situations.

I use the Theragun for warm up and recovery and it is incredible how effective it is. More expensive than other models out there but worth it.

Tried the hyperice. This one is way more effective Deeper tissue massage and works faster. Cost more but definitely worth it.

I heard good things about the Theragun massanger that's why I purchased this product. I couldn't give it a 5 star rating because I couldn't get past the loud noise it makes when in use. The sound is just jarring - instead of relaxing, it actually gives me anxiety. Unfortunately, I couldn't return the product because I went past the 15-day return/exchange policy that Best Buy has. So I'm stuck with it.
