To start with, this is a professional device right out of the box. It comes in a hard shell travel case with two batteries, a charging cord and six attachments to target different muscle groups. The massage gun is well made and has a firm, solid feel to it. There are two frequencies from which the choose, standard and slower. I've used other hand held massage devices at considerably less cost, and I can certainly tell the difference with this compared to the less expensive brands. It seems very coparable with the one that my massage therapist uses during my professional massage session. The application gives good advice on how to target each area. You won't really find that information in the printed material. Before ordering, I wondered if this would be a good device using just by myself, with no-one available to use it on me. It is. I will say, however, that it would be better if someone else used it on my neck and back area, but I can use it myself in those areas with good effect. If you're gliding it along and it comes up against a bony prominence or a particularly tight muscle, the device will bounce off as opposed to percussing to the point of pain. If it's a tight muscle and not a bony prominence, you can use more pressure to good effect. I've used it all over the body and I don't think that there's an area where it would not be helpful. A particularly beneficial are for me is the feet.

Great for both high and low modes, as they can target independent muscle tightness or general pain. Love this!!

It’s the older generation. It’s extremely loud and not very friendly on soft muscles. It will jump around.

This is an amazing product. We use it 3-4 times a week, before running, golf and type of exercise!
