Fast transfers with eSATA and USB 2.0.

Easy hook up and works great

Saved my drive

I was facing hard drive failure and got this to try mounting the drive quickly on different machines. It booted up quickly, powered up safely and installed necessary drivers quickly. Thanks to this gadget, I was able to confirm that my drive wasn't failing but I was having a system overheating issue in my drive bay. Saved my 4TB drive and all the data on it because I was about to trash the drive thinking it was a lost cause after finding numerous sector errors in chkdsk.

Basic HD Reader

It worked, and I've wanted one for some time but never brought myself to getting one. Lol happy I did, it's a handy tool to have lying around in your arsenal. I don't like that it's not hot-swappable, or how the spring works (it doesn't) to push the HD out of the reader when done. But it is functional.
