I bought this on the recommendation of one of the Best Buy employees who was over the moon about this product. However, I got nowhere near the moon. Nothing but stability problems with any drive I put into it. It keeps ejecting and drive and pop-up keeps telling me that I have improperly ejected the drive in question. In fact, after working just fine at first, this Thermaltake - BlacX Duet Hard Drive Enclosure Docking Station is a complete flop after having it a little over a month. Naturally, it is too late to return it.

Won't stay connected

The lights will continuously flash like the drives are being accessed but nothing happens until the power is recycled. Avoid this product.

No detailed instructions and no driver onlne help available nor updates were available. Unusable and want to return for refund or exchange.

Worked great. Until it didn't.

Lasted couple times
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this went to use it a second time doesn't work anymore want me to send to factory for repair seems best buy starting to not warranty things anymore like the Oculus touch controllers I literally had my credit card out ready to pay as long time loyal customer but they said no extended warranty on one of the newest technologies we have there for you'll probably need it and nope customers aren't worth taking care of if I can't return it to you if somethings goes wrong why would I buy from you bought from oculus good thing they threw in an extra sensor with touch controllers for free that's how you treat your customers!
