I didn't have a good experience with this product , so ultimately returned it . The readings took time and slow . I switched over to a different brand and it worked perfectly well

I ended up returning this. It was not reliable when attempting to use wth my surface dock and surface book. Much frustration dealing with write errors.

Will not stay connected to a brand new out of the box HP Computer. I was hoping to transfer data from old drive. No such luck. Returned for a refund

This product is NOT plug n play, nor does it work with window's ten, or at this time have a driver or update for windows ten.

I bought this to transfer files in my laptop after the mother board died. It didn't work. Not compatable with all computers

I have to be honest, I was skeptical about having two hard drives sitting out bare disc. Maybe it is not a problem, and maybe that has nothing to do with my problem, but shortly after installing this product I lost everything on my two discs. I had 4 TB of stuff, a lot of it is not replaceable. Not only that, but in just a few short months the LED indicators stopped working, so you cant tell if it is turned on and you can't tell if it is reading the disc unless you listen really close to hear it.

It worked for about 24 hours ... then intermittently after that. No instruction manual ... shopping for a different product.

I bought this one thinking that it can house two disk and hot swap. DO NOT TRY TO hot swap. It broke my disk. Terrible...

Yeah you can def get information off the hard drives..but it wanted me to format all my drives first which would erase all the info. Was not pleased

Should have trusted the reviews. I bought this believing it can do hotswap but no!!! It ruined one of my HDD.

Not very good... Returned it for a refund. Better performance with an older single unit.

I tried it, wanted it to work but it was unable to retrieve the data from my old, working laptop hard drives. Wasn't able to suit my needs but might work for someone else depending on the use and purpose. I also found that it not having a cover a bit uncomfortable to use and seemed to exposed to me.

This is something I could never recommend to another customer, when I tried to boot from a hard drive that was inserted into the docking station, it somehow ruined the bios on my laptop and it now only boots to a black screen rendering it useless. How can I get help with this?

The problem it's the switch, on and off. To turn on the dock, I need to give 5 attempts to pressing the power button on, before it finally successfully turns on. Sometimes it does not even respond. I would not recommend this product.

I bought this to transfer all my movies to a back up hard drive. The device wanted me to format the hard drive to fat32 with all my movies on it before I could do anything. Why only one format available? Could not use it for what I needed it for. For fat32 format only

Had a 2.5 inch drive but device would not read it.

My old computer mother board died. Needed to retrieve data off SATA drive. Purchased the BlacX Duet Hard Drive Enclosure Docking Station. Followed instructions exactly. Did not work. Review would not allow zero stars.
