No problems aside from it looked like it had taken a fall that tweaked one corner but was able to straighten it out good enough and all fit and works good. I'm sure I coulda brought it back but chose not to as It didn't affect anything and it was the last on the shelf so...meh... Main reason for getting was the rocketfish one I had been using's CPU power cable wasn't long enough for my new case (bottom mount , old was up top)...these however are plenty...almost too long...luckily my case has a large cover over the whole bottom so plenty of room to hide them.

This was a replacement power supply, plugged everything in and worked great.

To start, your salesman Jake at the Puyallup store on 24 March 2019 told me this was a modular power supply - I asked him numerous times, and he insisted. I purchased this for that *precise* reason. It is *not*. Now, this is an incredibly cheap and poorly designed power supply. The wires feel super cheap and thin, and are exceptionally short runs (I wasn't even able to route the wires to hide them, they had to be run directly to the peripheral in a mid-tower!); I was concerned about potentially kinking and damaging it just installing it (I'm a retired tech and IT guy, and have built many hundreds of computers in my time). Technically, the voltages aren't far out of spec, so it's barely suitable for a gaming power supply: it just isn't pretty, it's very cheaply made and I am not happy with the *SUPPOSED MODULAR POWER SUPPLY* I purchased. This unit replaced an aging Corsair 850w unit, which was similarly priced at the time (7~ years), but has FAR SUPERIOR wires, protection (sheathed in flexible fabric) and voltage consistency. To surmise, unless you're on an extreme budget I would steer far away from this power supply, and this experience left a rancid taste in my mouth for Best Buy. I bill my time out at $65 an hour, I feel like I've been lied to and my time completely wasted. I will probably return this product, and take my business elsewhere -- where the floor techs actually know what they're selling!!!
