Well as it turns out I came across the Asus M32 on sale for under $500 and decided to go with that. Had the Geek Squad do the install as I was heading out of town that weekend. I gave it to them on Thursday and they had it done Friday evening. Just added a Noctua NF-A9 case fan and switched out the ram for 16GB Ballistix DDR4 2400 and I am more than happy with the results. This set up is so quite, if not for my system monitors telling me its cool I would not believe the fans were working. And that includes the power supply. Yes maybe I could have spent less in a more planned approach but I am happy with what I have and it plays the game I play great. Which are LOTRO, Minecraft, and 7 Days to Die being the main three. The power supply is running this set up flawlessly. And I know I have room to grow.

Good midrange power supply

It doesn't have the protections of power supplies in the gold or platinum range but is probably sufficient for protecting the mobo chipsets of consumer oriented home computers. It's a half inch longer in one dimension so had to bend metal to install it. Single 12v rail sufficient for most people.

Great buy for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am using this PSU on ASROCK Z97x Killer mobo, 1 SSD and 2 SATA hard drives, 2 DVD burners, and my brand new 4GB Asus Radeon R9 380 video card. Given the reasonable price I liked the flat cables and low noise as promised. Don't forget about the Japanese main capacitor and 5 year warranty. I recommend the Thermaltake SMART Series to all.
