Unfortunately it failed in less than a month. I would guess, it over heated and got to the point it will not read the card or any card even after verifying the card(s) work fine viewing them from a card reader and the Thinkware software on my computer. The system kept saying, "Card Reader Error". The main camera where you put in the card should be separated. It gets pretty hot after running awhile and especially if it's been sitting in a hot car under direct sunlight. Will look for another type of system. I'm a professional videographer, so I understand how similar systems should work.

The mobile app will not work for any of my phones. I follow the instructions in the app and it will never connect to the camera via the WiFi connection.

Unreliable and inconsistent

Thinkware Product/Tech support via their website/email has been non-responsive, so useless. Inconsistent recording - sometimes video is captured, sometimes not. Same with wireless capability - wireless network to connect mobile phone to sometimes shows up, sometimes not. Will likely replace with Blackvue camera instead.

Not good for rideshare

Rear camera is not for in cabin but to be used as a backup view. Needed one to be in the same unit such as one that would go below the rear view mirror. Unit returned. She pooped
