It fails to meet expectations. It wouldn’t just take an update either as the user interface is horrible to navigate.

Sometimes it doesn't record anything. This is my second one and it’s starting todo the same thing as the first one. Replacing it with proof of your receipt isn’t stressful so that’s good. I just can’t anymore I’m going to find out how to get my money back if possible from Thinkware
