    Ordered with the recommended wiring kit, scheduled install at store. Would you believe... the wiring kit was not compatible. So installer ordered the correct one, 4 weeks ago, I missed his call. When I called the store, I could get through, went to call center. The call center can't even get through to the store. "Maybe you should go there instead" Really?, with no appointment. If I don't get a response soon, I am canceling my Geek Squad membership. Customer service is awful.

    I'm having a hard time figuring out how to get the wifi to work. This is the first item I've had a problem with.

    I bought 2 of these, one for me one for my wife , one doesn't work out of the box, it was send back, 2 days after the purchase best buy drops price by $60, (first sign that I overpaid) after reviewing video footage i noticed it has poor quality,alaso video footage needs to downloaded to your cell phone to be viewed , or removed sd card and use pc. I bought rexing for my wife (replacement for defective thinkware) video quality is much better it has more features and price is almost the same

    I called about a wireless back up camera, was told this item was on sale so I bought it only to fond out when I unpacked it at home, this is not what I wanted

Unfortunately due to a lack of depth-perception caused by the wide-angle lens of the dashcam, the F200 Rear is not capable of being used as a backup camera.     I did not like the product because it had a separate unit for the rear camera which required addittional wires and mounting

    Dashcam works fine and does everything you need it to. The only issue is that the video quality is terrible. It looks like you are using a Motorola razor.

      Hello There, The F200 does not feature a LCD Screen as all functions can be done through the Mobile App itself. If you are looking for a LCD Dash Cam, we do offer the X700. Thinkware_CA

    I got this for my MB and it is the worse camera ever. My car was parked and vandalized twice. The camera didn't catch anything. It also did not properly record when I was cut off on the highway by an ignorant human being. I would not recommend this camera if you want continuous recording and security on your vehicle while parked.

    I do not recommend this product. The SD card that comes with it doesn’t work and I called THINKWARE to get it replaced and they told me I would have it purchase another one at my own experience. Total crap. If I could give it zero stars I would.

    bought this after an accident and getting a new car. now i do not have to deal with the "hear say" that follows an accident. some of you may know EXACTLY what i mean. what's in the box. front camera rear camera power plug for socket use LONG wires for back camera. camera mount extra mounting tape and 3 wire clips. GPS is NOT included. the setup was straight foward run some wires from one end to the other and hide the wires. this is simple to do if you can handle removing the door seals and run the wires under the roof liner edge. you can easily stuff any overage under the liner in the back. and front. i mounted my camera high behind the mirror in the front. when correctly adjusted i can not see the camera. tuning the camera and adjusting is quite simple as well. download the app and you are off. if you have connectivity issues try using a device that does not connect to a cell data network. such as an older tablet with wifi only. other wise you will need to into your devices network settings and disable data. from android 8.1 on verizon you go to the following. >settings >network&internet> tap data usage > tap mobile data >tap OK when warning comes up and now you re off the data network. next follow instructions in app for camera to connect to camera. in the app if you swipe down from top you will see a small R this is the switch for the back camera. i will forgo hardwire for right now since my car is still NEW and i do not want to mess with factory wiring and warranty but the lighter plug goes off when ignition is off and when its on within 30 seconds it starts recording. picture quality is very good for the front. the back is good as well. i ordered the GPS and have yet to try it. i took 1 star off because GPS was not sold at best buy.

    The quality of the product was not good. On top of that, they pretty much require that you use one of their MicroSD cards. They charge over 4 times the price for the same MicroSD card over another brand. I don't suggest it.

    Camera was defective right out of the box. Returned it for a refund it took over 20 days and a dispute with my bank to at least get the money back.

    This camera was easy to set up and worked well for the first 30 days after that it would no longer power up, I would not recommend this product.

    The camera will not reliably connect to a phone. Without this you cannot align the camera. The company seems to think this is ok as it is still recording.
