    I purchased this based on so many great reviews but I have had quite the opposite experience with mine. It beeps every single time I hit a bump in the road which is quite annoying. Trying to use the app to view video is a nightmare. It disconnects often and sometimes i cannot get it to connect at all. What is the point of the dashcam if you can’t see the footage? Check the app’s reviews - they are mostly bad and it has a very low rating.

      We apologize for the inconvenience but have you tried changing the continuous impact sensitivity of the dash camera? Also, for connecting the dash camera try to disconnect other bluetooth devices on your phone and disconnect CarPlay or Android auto.     This review is not for the Dashcam, but for Best Buy Autotech install services. I’m satisfied with the product. My rating is for my experience with contact For questions regarding the install. I left 4 messages. Never got a returned call. Wanted to speak to a Store Mgr., and was given the run around. I contacted thinkware directly and they provided me answers J needed. I will not use BB in the future for any services.
