Great product. Works as advertised. The install was easy, parking mode works great as well. You have to hardwire it or get the additional adapter to use parking mode though. I did self install with the additional adapter. It took me all of 30 minutes to get it set-up and run the wires for the front and rear camera.

Great feathers and easy to use. Love the mobile app that comes with the unit.

I purchased this Thinkware dash cam on an exchange with another brand, which wasn't working properly. The tech who did the installation had a Thinkware and that steered me to this brand. It doesn't have a screen, like the previous brand but everything is accessible on my cell phone, via the app. This is much easier to view, as compared to the dash cam with the screen. Videos are easily downloaded and are very clear.

Camera has been great, I’ve had it for almost three months. The video is super clear, app is easy to navigate as well. I love that it records while parked. Geek squad was amazing, such friendly and helpful men that went above and beyond!

I've used Thinkware on multiple occassions. The build quality is great, easy to install and very good recording quality. This model was no different. I am able to see front and back in great detail. Also I appreciate how this can record even when the car ignition is off and parked (when connected to battery), but you do have to enable it in the settings. Getting a dash cam is a must and this is highly recommeneded.

The included hardwire kit should have fuse taps included. Or better yet, make it a standard box that just includes the main parts and then sell a choice of separate accessory box that is either the cigarette lighter plug, the hardwire kit, or the OBD2 plug. The OBD2 is the easiest and most convenient but costs $42.99. There is no doubt an insane markup on that. So far, the camera does what I need with good video quality on the front and rear. I'm happy with the wifi accessibility too, which is a huge upgrade from my last dashcam from a decade ago. I expected the build quality of dashcams would have improved by now, but it still feels like a cheap piece of plastic.

Takes great video. I like that it records front and back and it also records while you are parked. It also warns you when you are approaching speed cameras and what the speed limit is which I appreciate. The only cons for me are you have to have your car on to watch the videos. Amd when you download videos they don't show up right away. It's usually takes a day before I can see them. Overall I like th8s dashcam and would recommend it.

Works perfect. We are not using the back camera only because we have a 4Runner and the glass in the back goes down. We do use the front one and we gave her a name. Her name is Missy and she is very nice. No we are not weird, it talks to us and she is nice when she says "Have a safe ride today" when we get un the car.

I had researched quite a few dash cams and ended up talking with the gentlemen who installs dash cams. He had no vested interest in his recommendation as he only installed these systems. He strongly recommended this product over all of the brands I had considered.

Got this on a really good black friday deal for my wifes car. Its a pretty solid and good dash cam. I would recommend it. The only complaints i have about it is the roads where i live arent the best with alot of pot holes and railroad tracks. This is no fault to the dash cam but this dash cam is super sensative. Even with the settings turned down. It beeps everytime we hit even a small pot hole. I also wish that the gps module was build into the camera to eliminate mounting more things on the windshield.

Quality of the videos the cameras takes are good. I can clearly see what goes on in them. I’ve never had to use them but if I ever do, it’ll be easy to get a hold of them. The app that works with the camera is pretty slow. Also if you switch to “live mode” the camera stops recording which I think is inconvenient. You also have to remember to disconnect from “live mode” or, once again, the camera will not record. I think all dash cameras are overpriced for what they are so if you’re considering this one, try to catch it on sale or open box.

Installed this unit a couple months ago and have been super happy with it thus far. I probably still have the sensitivity set too low, but I'll continue to dial things in. The app connection is a bit wonky when using bluetooth carplay -- have to unplug the carplay adapter to use the app in the vehicle -- but that's not a thinkware issue IMO.

Had it installed at Best Buy and everything was done swiftly within the hour. Agent was very thorough with instructions in how to handle the app. Regarding the camera itself, it definitely covers almost everything expected. Great looking quality. My only complaint is I wish it would load quicker when trying to cycle through recordings. I understand that's possible with camera that have monthly subscriptions which I'm avoiding since I already pay monthly for my in-home cameras. Other than that, it works and records great.

I absolutely love this. 100% happy with it.Terry whom installed it, did exceptionally well. He showed me how to use it and set functions on it to my liking. Because of Terry, imm be returning to Best Buy for future electronic needs.

Great camera!! High quality and very well made. This camera has a quality picture and works great. Has a great PC viewer app that you can watch both front and rear cameras as well as an app for iPhone or android to control camera settings and watch video. I had the Geek Squad install the camera and they did an awesome job for a fair install price and it looks very professional in my F150. Comes with a hard wiring kit with plenty of wire as well as cigarette lighter plug and GPS for speed and location. Awesome value for the money. I recommend this product.

New to Thinkware Q200. Super easy set up Quality video. User friendly app to work with dash cam. Strongly recommend getting rear camera too. Having them hard wired by Best Buy tech is the way to go! You won’t be disappointed

This is easy to use. Have been able to provide other people with videos of their accidents 3 times since I had it installed at BestBuy. Thankfully I have not been in an accident myself. Would recommend to friends and family. Have installed one in each of our vehicles.
