I've been using the Thinkware Q200 2K Front & 1080p Rear Dash Cam for a few weeks now, and I'm genuinely impressed. Installation was straightforward, and the setup instructions were clear and easy to follow. Got this on a really good black friday deal for my wifes car. Its a pretty solid and good dash cam. I would recommend it. The only complaints i have about it is the roads where i live arent the best with alot of pot holes and railroad tracks. This is no fault to the dash cam but this dash cam is super sensative. Even with the settings turned down. It beeps everytime we hit even a small pot hole. I also wish that the gps module was build into the camera to eliminate mounting more things on the windshield.

Quality of the videos the cameras takes are good. I can clearly see what goes on in them. I’ve never had to use them but if I ever do, it’ll be easy to get a hold of them. The app that works with the camera is pretty slow. Also if you switch to “live mode” the camera stops recording which I think is inconvenient. You also have to remember to disconnect from “live mode” or, once again, the camera will not record. I think all dash cameras are overpriced for what they are so if you’re considering this one, try to catch it on sale or open box.

I absolutely love this. 100% happy with it.Terry whom installed it, did exceptionally well. He showed me how to use it and set functions on it to my liking. Because of Terry, imm be returning to Best Buy for future electronic needs.

Had it installed at Best Buy and everything was done swiftly within the hour. Agent was very thorough with instructions in how to handle the app. Regarding the camera itself, it definitely covers almost everything expected. Great looking quality. My only complaint is I wish it would load quicker when trying to cycle through recordings. I understand that's possible with camera that have monthly subscriptions which I'm avoiding since I already pay monthly for my in-home cameras. Other than that, it works and records great.

Great product. Packaging was in good shape. Product worked well and fulfilled what I needed it to do. Installed myself in an hour or so. Records small segment videos. Can watch back on phone app. Would recommend to others.

New to Thinkware Q200. Super easy set up Quality video. User friendly app to work with dash cam. Strongly recommend getting rear camera too. Having them hard wired by Best Buy tech is the way to go! You won’t be disappointed

Easy to install and setup. Small design so it hides behind the rear view mirror nicely.

Installed this unit a couple months ago and have been super happy with it thus far. I probably still have the sensitivity set too low, but I'll continue to dial things in. The app connection is a bit wonky when using bluetooth carplay -- have to unplug the carplay adapter to use the app in the vehicle -- but that's not a thinkware issue IMO.

This is easy to use. Have been able to provide other people with videos of their accidents 3 times since I had it installed at BestBuy. Thankfully I have not been in an accident myself. Would recommend to friends and family. Have installed one in each of our vehicles.

Great camera!! High quality and very well made. This camera has a quality picture and works great. Has a great PC viewer app that you can watch both front and rear cameras as well as an app for iPhone or android to control camera settings and watch video. I had the Geek Squad install the camera and they did an awesome job for a fair install price and it looks very professional in my F150. Comes with a hard wiring kit with plenty of wire as well as cigarette lighter plug and GPS for speed and location. Awesome value for the money. I recommend this product.
