Great camera, parking mode is legit. App stinks but other than that, this thing is great

Quality of the videos the cameras takes are good. I can clearly see what goes on in them. I’ve never had to use them but if I ever do, it’ll be easy to get a hold of them. The app that works with the camera is pretty slow. Also if you switch to “live mode” the camera stops recording which I think is inconvenient. You also have to remember to disconnect from “live mode” or, once again, the camera will not record. I think all dash cameras are overpriced for what they are so if you’re considering this one, try to catch it on sale or open box.

New to Thinkware Q200. Super easy set up Quality video. User friendly app to work with dash cam. Strongly recommend getting rear camera too. Having them hard wired by Best Buy tech is the way to go! You won’t be disappointed

Got this on a really good black friday deal for my wifes car. Its a pretty solid and good dash cam. I would recommend it. The only complaints i have about it is the roads where i live arent the best with alot of pot holes and railroad tracks. This is no fault to the dash cam but this dash cam is super sensative. Even with the settings turned down. It beeps everytime we hit even a small pot hole. I also wish that the gps module was build into the camera to eliminate mounting more things on the windshield.

Had it installed at Best Buy and everything was done swiftly within the hour. Agent was very thorough with instructions in how to handle the app. Regarding the camera itself, it definitely covers almost everything expected. Great looking quality. My only complaint is I wish it would load quicker when trying to cycle through recordings. I understand that's possible with camera that have monthly subscriptions which I'm avoiding since I already pay monthly for my in-home cameras. Other than that, it works and records great.

Love the dash cam and the app is awesome. The video is quality and I like the fact that if I’m in an accident and am not at fault I have proof.

Easy to install and setup. Small design so it hides behind the rear view mirror nicely.

The ThinkWare product has been the easiest and least expensive Dashcam that we've purchased for our vehicle.

Very Nice Dash Cam. This was a replacement of my previous Rexing Dash Cam. The rear camera went out and was obsolete. Since I had BestBuy insurance, I got this dash cam for free.

This camera sits perfect under my rear view mirror. Dakota I'm hoping I have the right person. He did very good job on the installation. I haven't had any issues

Installed this unit a couple months ago and have been super happy with it thus far. I probably still have the sensitivity set too low, but I'll continue to dial things in. The app connection is a bit wonky when using bluetooth carplay -- have to unplug the carplay adapter to use the app in the vehicle -- but that's not a thinkware issue IMO.

Very easy to use, great product simple to use and has help prove points to bully road ragers on social media!

Fast camera with easy setup. I just wish it had the functionality to display the speed on the video.

I really liked this dash cam. It is easy to use and access the files and settings via the App. It does a good job of capturing front and rear video. I purchased one for both my cars. This was a 5 star rating till the audio died after 18 months of use. It used to speak to you when turning on the car and beep when the camera is activated. In the past month it started to make a dying audio screech when turning on and now the audio is completely dead. Very disappointing. Warranty is only a year. Not sure I can truly recommend this product now.

I like the Start Recording message when I enter, start my car as I'm securing my seatbelt. Ityells me the number of encounters/movements around my car since I last parked. The recording wishes me to have a safe drive. Once I'm in the parking mode, my camera Starts Recording. Great sense of security.

Love it, best decision I made when I bought it. I love this every time I start the car. It says have a safe drive
