This is one of the best dashcams i have ever had, affordable, functional and easy to install. Works great with my truck and the app is easy to manage, quality of video is awesome

My daughter drives this car and I wanted her to be safe with aggresive drivers who hit other people and act tough and threaten people. So, this dash cam is so needed for any situation one might get into. I like it and recommend it to all the parents.

Great camera!! High quality and very well made. This camera has a quality picture and works great. Has a great PC viewer app that you can watch both front and rear cameras as well as an app for iPhone or android to control camera settings and watch video. I had the Geek Squad install the camera and they did an awesome job for a fair install price and it looks very professional in my F150. Comes with a hard wiring kit with plenty of wire as well as cigarette lighter plug and GPS for speed and location. Awesome value for the money. I recommend this product.

This is easy to use. Have been able to provide other people with videos of their accidents 3 times since I had it installed at BestBuy. Thankfully I have not been in an accident myself. Would recommend to friends and family. Have installed one in each of our vehicles.

Love the dash cam and the app is awesome. The video is quality and I like the fact that if I’m in an accident and am not at fault I have proof.

Bought and installed in Bestbuy. Works very well, and video quality is excellent. Thinkware is made by Korean company, inavi, which is one of the best dash cam manufacturers with no concerns on privacy and spyware issues. Installation was vert professional done.

Hardwiring was difficult, but once it was installed the cameras both function well and the app is only a little glitchy.

These cameras are exactly what I was looking for. I like that it also comes with the hard wire set. Installing the outlet wire was pretty easy, the tool it comes with really helps. Recording quality is pretty good, and I'm overall satisfied. I do recommend getting a larger memory card since cloud space can fill up pretty quickly, it's definitely worth it.

Fast camera with easy setup. I just wish it had the functionality to display the speed on the video.

Thinkware makes a really good dashcam. The Q200 was the logical upgrade for my previous model that was damaged in the body shop. Video quality is what I expected from this brand. The only thing I don’t care for is the new voice prompt that says “please have a safe drive today” instead of “continuous recording will now start” that the old model said.

I did quite a bit of research and decided on this front and rear camera. My installler stated that my camera was rated the highest not only with him, but all of his friends that are also installer’s. It’s well made and doesn’t take up much room. I would recommend this to anyone.

I would give 5 stars but it took me over a month to figure out that this is totally dependent on ThinkWare support to configure the updates. I'll say that all Best Buy installers are don't stick long enough to become knowledgeable enough to troubleshoot this brand. I finally learned to troubleshoot and update it and I'm finally happy with it. Alot of the troubleshooting has to be emailed or or the phone with one of their Tech Support staff. If you don't have the patience or are not tech savvy, Stay Away. Another thing is it's not an Android friendly Dash Cam. Very Apple friendly tho. Expensive Dask Cam too!

The Best Buy auto tech did a great job on the install and start up. Wire/cables were neat and tucked in. Took the time necessary for us to see the basic operations and feel confident before we hit the road. Having the install done by Best Buy was worth the convenience and piece of mind.

Amazing, I feel much safer knowing my driving is being recorded. Best feature is that it records when parked. I can take care of all my errands knowing that the camera is recording.

Great camera, love the app. Also the parking mode is very nice.
